I would have left 0 stars, however that was not an option. I have been continually disappointed by the lack of professionalism, ability to follow through and provide a response or any level of acceptable customer service at this Verizon location. When encountering a significant issue, the "solutions" manager has not followed up to address the issue at hand. When it came time to deliver less than favorable news, he stepped aside to allow a sales associate to handle the situation. The sales associate is the only one to respond to billing issues and misappropriation of funds concerns even though the manager is apparently still employed by Verizon and on EVERY correspondence. After two months billing is still wrong. Staff can't correct and have stopped responding. Interesting way of conducting business. It is quite frustrating and an extremely disappointing way to do business.

I have came to this place a few times and they always took well care of me. Whether it was just for a question or needing something done with my account. Troy the manager was very helpful along with the other employees. Very appreciated
After waiting behind 4 cars in the.drive thru, i get to the window and they put a register closed sign up. the extremely rude woman comes to.the window to inform me that she has closed the drive thru. i said we have waited for 4 cars to go through and she says "well don't know what to tell you" really? in the time it took you to argue with me you could have helped me. I will never go to this place again. Terrible customer service
