DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY!!! These people sold my mother a truck with broken brake lines and broken leaf springs. They turned around and traded her truck for a car which turned out to have a broken head! We asked for the truck back or to at least give us the title of the car so she could get rid of it (which the lady that works in the office suggested we do) and the owner absolutely refused to help! The owner said it was my moms fault for hiring outside mechanics! That company has been through multiple mechanics since she bought the truck. One mechanic told my mother how big of a junk yard they are running there and that he is trying to get all those cars there fixed and in good condition. We have referred people to them multiple times for them to sell crappy cars and give poor customer service!
Wonderful dealership !! Love my car and will buy from there in the future. Salesman was very knowledgeable.
My experience has been very impressive. Preferred Autos Fellas that work the office are very professional with great personalities open-minded to help in every level. Preferred Auto has a wide selection of vehicles that are all very nice. I would truly recommend Preferred Auto on your next Auto purchase.
Never take your vehicle here we had the passenger side wheel bearing replaced at 309.20 for this wheel bearing and said it was replaced. We had gotten an estimate today and the mechanic that done it said we need the right wheel bearing replaced. Mind you Prime Auto said they replaced it. I called out there and the owner said they had. Then why is another mechanic saying it wasn't even touched. If you wanna waste money take it to Prime Auto. Also we left the Shop at about 5:30 pm and my husband got a phone call about 6:30 saying the car was done. We were charged for 2 hours of Labor and were told by the owner that they had done the work.We called the owner today after our estimate work and he told us that they had did the work and that the mechanic at the other shop was wrong. He also stated I run a million dollar business and I am not hurting for money. He also said he has 16 cameras out there and we can come out and he will show us they did the work. The funniest thing is the pins in the tires have not even been taken off. But to the untrained eye looking at the video we still would not know what we're looking at.
MADE A PURCHASE OF 2013 CHEVY TRAVERSE, WAS TOLD THAT HAD MINOR DAMAGE TO LIFTGATE AND BUMPER. bOTH HAD BEEN REPLACED. NOTHING ELSE WRONG. NOT SO MISMATCHED PAINT, PARTS MISSING, GASKETS LOOSE, TRIM HANGING, SEAT BROKEN, 3 SCREWS IN TIRE, OVER PAID FOR WHAT WE GOT BYE 10OOO. STAY CLEAR THEY KEEP DOING THIS, EVEN TO LOCALS
Jennifer in service is great and good with customers most definitely will be stopping in soon again.
Nissan of Omaha told me I had thousands of dollars in oil leaks. I took my car to H&H and they determined this to be untrue. Nissan also did not put my control arms on correctly, per H&H.
In my opinion, a dealership that is willing to be dishonest in one area qualifies as a dishonest dealership across the board. My experience is as follows:I responded to an internet advertisement for a 2013 Nissan Altima 2.5 S. I’m very unhappy with the customer service, like getting transferred to 3 different sales representatives and the 2 hours spent in the waiting area, but want to focus on their blatant dishonest business ethics. As a military member, I take integrity incredibly serious. I purchased the Altima 2.5 S only to realize on the drive home, it wasn’t the ‘s’ trim package but rather the base model which retails for $1,000 less. I know I should have been more attentive before purchasing, (lesson learned,) but stupidly took the dealerships word that it was an ‘s’ trim package. The bill of sale says 2.5 s; the internet advertisement says 2.5 s; the car is a not the ‘s’ trim package. When I went back and confronted the sales team, I spent the next 2 hours hearing how it was simply a typo and they would never intentionally mislabel their cars. So either this CERTIFIED Nissan dealership can’t properly identify their vehicles or they intentionally sold me a base model as the ‘s’ trim package. With either scenario, I could never recommend this dealership and highly suggest you avoid Nissan of Omaha.
My experience was fantastic!! They were extremely friendly and helped me to do the deal that worked out best with my financial situation!!! I would definitely refer them to all of my friends
I use to love coming here but now they dont care about customers this is my 3rd car from them hit a bump in the road and they aren't willing to work with me never again will I buy or recommend them to anyone
