I used this company many times to make new keys for my vehicles Etc. My daughter's car is on a boot downtown and he wants $112 before he even hook my daughter's car up and only gave us 5 minutes to figure it out handed my daughter her phone back and told her he was calling the cops. She was in tears! All I asked for was a little bit extra time to get everything paid online and he wasn't willing to wait.
Nissan of Omaha told me I had thousands of dollars in oil leaks. I took my car to H&H and they determined this to be untrue. Nissan also did not put my control arms on correctly, per H&H.
In my opinion, a dealership that is willing to be dishonest in one area qualifies as a dishonest dealership across the board. My experience is as follows:I responded to an internet advertisement for a 2013 Nissan Altima 2.5 S. I’m very unhappy with the customer service, like getting transferred to 3 different sales representatives and the 2 hours spent in the waiting area, but want to focus on their blatant dishonest business ethics.As a military member, I take integrity incredibly serious. I purchased the Altima 2.5 S only to realize on the drive home, it wasn’t the ‘s’ trim package but rather the base model which retails for $1,000 less. I know I should have been more attentive before purchasing, (lesson learned,) but stupidly took the dealerships word that it was an ‘s’ trim package. The bill of sale says 2.5 s; the internet advertisement says 2.5 s; the car is a not the ‘s’ trim package. When I went back and confronted the sales team, I spent the next 2 hours hearing how it was simply a typo and they would never intentionally mislabel their cars. So either this CERTIFIED Nissan dealership can’t properly identify their vehicles or they intentionally sold me a base model as the ‘s’ trim package. With either scenario, I could never recommend this dealership and highly suggest you avoid Nissan of Omaha.
Kyle was my mechanic. He did a great job fixing my husband`s car and Mobile Mechanic is very reasonably priced! I will definitely be doing business with them again.
This place will rip you off!!!! Stay away. They spent my down payment for auto body work and didnt even touch my car. They had it for months and I got the car back with a broken hood. I brought the cops there. No owner....and no one even had a drivers license.
I had to be at work at 6:30am when my tire blew out! I was at a complete loss and everything was closed. I googled emergency tire repair and got you guys. Will answered and arrived within 15 minutes. Needles to say a couple hours later I was happily on my way to work. THANK YOU!!
After providing a hefty deposit and driving over 100 miles to view and purchase a vehicle at O'Daniel Honda, we were called just 5 minutes prior to arriving at O'Daniel Honda and informed that the car had been sold to another party. They were well aware that we were coming from a distance and had already promised the vehicle to us and taken a deposit. This is a sign of a very shady and desperate dealership, one in which we will certainly never consider doing business with in the future. Buyer beware, O'Daniel Honda clearly cares nothing for their customers. Don't let them waste your time!
This place is one of my top 3 worst auto experiences in my life! Should I count the ways or let you do it? They have had my car for over 9 MONTHS now! They won't return my phone calls. My calls all go to their same number, but sometimes I get a recording that says that the number is no longer in service? Other times they just don't answer. Early on they lost the set of keys to my car, I had to get them another. Then they couldn't get the parts for my car thru their warehouse, so I bought them online or on EBay. Then they are short on help, behind on work. Or someone else's car has to be done before mine (9 months and counting). Almost $1,000 spent on parts and no car to drive. Really. They said that they need to take the car out and test drive it around, it should be ready on Thurs of that week. They don't call on Thurs of that week, so I call them, again operator says # no longer in service. So, then I walked down there and they are all working! My car is setting there on 4 flat tires, including the 2 new ones from Marion Tire. Water has poured into the passenger side of front interior and molded the carpet. This must mean that they have removed or destroyed the cowl under the hood. Lyle tells me ''well, it is an old car, you know''. He laughs about it! Then he asks me how OLD I AM!? I am a Baby Boomer senior citizen, but what does that have to do with my car.? My car is a 1987 German model, he could have told me early on that they didn't have the time, tools or expertise to work on it. No, they take it, and after 9 months I see no hope in sight that it will ever be fixed or that I will ever get it back, without a court order or some legal action. This has greatly stressed my life and caused uncountable frustration and inconvenience. Also, they lie to me about what work has been done, or not done. One guy says one thing, Lyle says another.
