The technician arrived the same day on a Saturday. I had attempted the repair myself to no avail. I was very pleased that he had the part with him and made short work of my disaster. He seemed very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy.
Excellent service. The repairman kept me informed of what he found during the inspection and repair of my dish-washer. He cleaned out the trap, fixed the problem, and had a kit with him to replace the brackets on the rack. He was professional, cordial, and knowledgeable. Thank you from a very satisfied customer.
The repairmen arrived in a timely fashion to repair my washing machine. They ended up determining that there was nothing wrong with my washer, but some lint from the dryer that got wet and smoldered. The repairmen were very professional. I like using Sears because they will repair any appliance. My local appliance store does not repair Kenmore appliances.
Excellent service, for large appliance maintenance and repair I rely on Sears Appliance Repairs.When experiencing appliance problemsI I follow suggestions in the Manual's Troubleshooter section, when this does not solvie the problem, I call to schedule home repairs, this is cumbersome, lengthy and time consuming. Sears prefers to resolve the problem without sending a service person to my home, and instead, on a phone call, Sears consumes my time as they, try to fully identify the problem, its condition and parts that MAY be needed, relying on my perceptions, my views and my depictions of the problem, instead of an experienced repair person 's determination based on the insight of a professional and experienced repair person.Once I get a repair man at my house I know the problem will be fixed and solved.
Not impressed with this company! I ordered a part and was told it would be ready on Friday. On Friday they told me it would be Monday. On Monday they said it would be another two days. When I asked why the delay, they told me it was at their warehouse across town. i asked if I could go pick it up myself so I didn;'t have to wait, and the guy got a huge attitude with me. Not a pleasant experience. The warehouse, however, on 146th and Industrial was a completely different story. Much better customer service! Too bad the store on Grover tainted their name for me : (.
