        The only pool supplies they have available have to be ordered. None in store.

        I purchased a new fireplace after shopping for and getting my deposit back from a competitor and was thrilled with the look of the fireplace. 3 years later I had to have it serviced and the tech that was dispatched was professional, clean, intelligent and knowledgable. I thank you so much for having competent help in this day and age of no service.

        We visited the store site on a Saturday morning and could not get anyone to assist us. We browsed and waited 10-15 minutes but there were not any available floor reps. We would have come back but no one even acknowledged us when we were obviously trying to get a representative's attention.
