Overall

We have use Jones Septic for over 15yrs. We scheduled to have our septic pumped and inspected, at that time we found out the business is under NEW OWNERSHIP. We referred our next door neighbor and they scheduled for the same day thinking it would make it easier for the business with two jobs next to each other. When the owner Andy Ecklund showed up he arrived one hour early and unprepared to uncover the septic, he wanted to reschedule and return with an 7000lb excavator. He went over to my neighbors to check the location of his and didn't return, when I went to check on him and his helper they had already uncovered his septic tank and was preparing to pump all in about 15min. I asked what the deal was and he said his was easier so he started on it first. I told him I had time lines to meet for the day and returned home. He came back over to my house he tried to convince me to reschedule and I told him he had all the information in his files from previous owners and that he had no excuse for coming unprepared. He asked what I wanted him to do and I said take your shovels and start digging. He then replied "GET SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT" and walked away. Oh he had told me earlier in the conversation how important customer service was to him. I THINK NOT
