I went to this dentist on an emergency basis and was seen right away. My dentist put me off for an entire month. I was treated with respect and smiles the whole way through. The dentist was gentle and genially caring how I was tolerating the work. I had a temporary crown worked/placed and it was and excellent job. So< I went from a hurtful two hoes in a molar needing a crown and painful to a temp crown: Highly recommend this place!! Excellent, professional, caring, and affordable: will work with you




I should have read reviews before going. This is a store front dental office. I go in for the first time and one of the office workers turns her nose up at me and completely ignores me for several minutes while not doing anything else. A technician notices me and asks the office worker if she is going to address me. The office worker proceeds to speak to me through the technician which I can see makes the technician uneasy. So I go back for my exam. I have a male dentist who is incredibly cold and stays in the room for about 5 minutes all while giving me bad news leaving the rest to the dental assistant. When I come out, a different office worker is nice and helps me get out of there. I have to call for followup business the next day in the evening because they didn't do something they were supposed to do. Again, the office worker is rude. She says she knows my request was done, she saw it herself. She isn't going to double check right now, call back in the morning. Thank goodness the business was taken care of the next day and I didn't have to make another excruciating call to this office and deal with this worker. AWEFUL!!! If I didn't have to deal with her, I might have stayed. As a consumer, I don't have to put up with someones uncalled for rudeness and laziness.




I have never been treated like garbage when going in to get a check up and boy did I get a check up alright! I got treated with the lowest amount of customer service ever! With an empty lobby I can see why their prices are sky high!!! Go figure. This place doesn't deserve even one star..



Billing practices need work

These folks like to bill you immediately after the work is completed, insurance settlement documentation does not arrive until about 3 weeks after the work has been completed. Never has what I was charged and what the insurance settlement documentation shown (matched). Run, Run very fast to another provider.
