I have worked for CARR for just over a year and love it! I feel like I make a difference in the clients lives. If you come to work and do your job you will be appreciated for what you do, each year you are there you get bumped to a raise. I went up a nice amount on my year anniversary as well as a promotion! I read a rant where the Managers avoid overtime at all cost, and actually once you are promoted you are unable to a cure overtime you are comped out. When needed Support Staff are offered over time based on case by case. As my new role of Manager one of things I am focusing on is Employee Appreciation, So as far as Manager to Support Staff it is based on a house to house experience. However it is my goal in 6 months to have this changed to a company wide experience! I worked there 14 years only because I liked the staff n clients I supported, however Tom fry is a curupted greedy piece of sh@+ who rips off his employees by making false promises,withholding raises, taking.20 of every mile you drive openly talks down to his management team, vendictive,& unfair favortism, to certain people, and a thousand other shady things he does, I have so much writen down on him to report n close his doors, only reason I don't is would put a lot friends and hard working people I truely respect out of a job, save your self a headache don't work for the deuch he will only treat you like a paycheck not a valued employee, Trust Me!!!!
