I've never been treated so badly, yelled at, talked down to, hung up on you none it both the manager and owner at this local are very disrespectful to their customers.
Stephanie however nice when you meet her is not qualified to be doing the level of tax preparation I needed. She has used a incorrect form and is not refusing to fix it.
The owner has been just as rude in his behavior as Stephanie.
My taxes are a mess and already paid for.
I spent $681.95 having them do my taxes.. Isn't that enough to do them right?
Do not use this branch. . Take the time to drive to a different location
