This is a bad bad bad company to work for! Canadians blow your phone up all day & night, horrible trucks & trailers, Sandra & Wade are pathological liars! Don’t be fooled by Wade & his low talking. They say they will be there if you need them but let something happen at night on the road you will hear nothing of them! They say you will make over 1000 a week but that is a lie because what they pay you plus how payroll is cut off that is impossible. I couldn’t give 0 stars because they surely don’t deserve any. 0 STARS- As vendors we strive to provide our customers their orders in a timely manner and deliver on the requested date per their purchase order. Unfortunately, we have experienced very poor customer service from USF Holland for this most recent order and on past orders for other customers. If it were not for our customers stating you as their preferred shipper we would no longer do business from our warehouse. The Memphis, TN dispatcher did not have the decency to call us when the appointments could not be met even when we extended our pick up window by 2 additional hours to accommodate them. We provide clean restrooms, free Gatorade for the drivers, have a dock for easy loading and we load the trucks within 1 minute of showing up at our dock and this is what we receive as a thank you. You guys have given "service" a whole new meaning.Yesterday we made an appointment to have USF Holland pick up a pallet as it was ready and we received confirmation that they would pick up. We made several attempts on follow up as our pick up window was closing we made 3 calls to have this picked up and each time we received another pick up time. We stayed in the office after hours for them to state that they were cancelling the pick up and that they would try again today 7/20. However, no call was made to us to inform us of the cancellation it took over 4 calls made on our end to have this just be cancelled and be treated very poorly. Currently, I am not 100% sure that they will pick up today as promised since we were told by 2 different representatives of USF Holland that yes there was a pick up rescheduled but with the other representative we were just told it was cancelled and not future pick up was scheduled. No further explanation on why the pick up was cancelled was provided.Unfortunately, with USF Holland as the shipping carrier we are unable to provide the quality service and timely delivery as we have done for over 25 years of being in business.--
By far the worst company i ever worked for. DRIVERS BEWARE!!! this company have no clue what they are doing when it comes to payroll, i had to fight for the money they tried to cheat me every week. The one person that used to handle the payroll properly and help the drivers is no longer with the company and everyone else including the manager and his wife are clueless. Stay away!!!!!
