Stay away if you care about your health. I had both an upper endoscopy then a colonoscopy here, and I was honestly scared to go back the second time, because this place is clearly on a very low budget. That's not a comforting thought when someone is anesthetizing you then shoving a camera into your body.On both of my visits, my wife and I waited for hours in the prep/recovery area before my procedure began. We heard many other patients complaining about the wait time. Both times I visited, there was feces on the floor in the bathroom, which was not cleaned up over the several hours that I was there. One time there was even blood on the floor in the bathroom! There is no privacy, as it is just one big room with curtains and it is crowded.

I could not believe what the columbus children hospitol did to my grand doughter. She has been undercare with this hospitol since her birth 20 years ago for pulmanary heart failure. She was in terrible paid today and she was advised by the hospitol in her area to take her to Childrens hospitol in columbus ohio because they new her history. A kidney doctor refused to do anything to help her because of her age. What the he** is that all about. Who cares how old she is she is in pain. What kind of dotcor would do that.
The colonoscopy was okay, however, the billing department is from hell. Unfortunately, the outstanding charges of $2300 were applied to my insurance deductible. I began making payments and for 2 years they have REFUSED to cash my checks. They are now holding my checking account hostage. They said my account was turned over to a collection agency. What kind of business refuses to cash over $1900 worth of checks made out to them?
Excellent facility for outpatient surgery but it shares a problem with other hospitals in that once a patient walks in the door, it becomes an impersonal assembly line. You go from desk to desk, room to room, here to there, very much like a Ford in Detroit, getting its door handles, bumpers, and tail lights screwed on. Except for a patient, its paper work, blood work, monitors, and finally the surgery. Lastly the car or the patient is rolled out the door, the car shiny new, the patient wounded, disoriented, and confused, with little or no concrete information about what to expect. There's the generic sheet of aftercare instructions, couched with maybes, might haves, and possiblys, but not a straight answer from anyone. It's clean and the people are very nice, but people are not cars.
I also had a very good experience at this center. Very caring medical personnel. I was undergoing my procedure in a timely fashion and would highly recommend this facility to anyone having an outpatient surgical procedure.
My wife and I showed up at 0700 for a 0715 appointment. A nurse who was supposed to show up at 0600 didn't make it in until 0700. The lobby was very small and was standing room only. My wife is type 1 diabetic and because her sugar levels should be a priority she should have had an early appointment. My wife was finally seen at 1107 for her procedure. While waiting for her I noticed a couple that arrived well after us was leaving. I asked out of curiosity what time was their appointment scheduled. They stated 0800. This place had no rhyme or reason. I've had this procedure at least 6X and each time the nurse wants you to stay until you are coherent and have passed a few observations. Not this place. We were closing in on a 1200 lunch hour, so they woke my wife, ask her to dressed and out the door we went. I would absolutely refuse to have a medical procedure at this office and I'd inform my physician at scheduling.
Great place and staff! I highly recommend this surgical center over the hospital. I was in and out the same day and recovered much faster!
Dr. Nabavi is great! He and his office staff are very caring nd concerned with patient comfort and answer any questions.
I wish there were more than two of them! They truly care about my health and my issues not like other doctors. I have been seeing them for years and will continue to!
The physicians saved my sons life almost 18 years ago. I've always had wonderful experiences.
