I wish I could put a zero instead of 1 star! Waited at least 15-20 minutes with 2 people in front of me. While waiting for coffee another customer was complaining about the long wait as she walked away the employee said for everyone to hear “maybe she should go someplace else next time” absolutely unacceptable!!! After much confusion I got my drinks and we continued to wait for my daughters bagel that she had ordered. All employees found it more important to have social conversations rather than waiting on customers. While watching them stand around I asked where my daughters food was they didn’t have a clue so they then began her order. I continued to watch the unproffesionalism and said to my daughter that we would be going to another Dunkin’ next time. The lady (manager) spoke up and said we should!!!! I then said I would be calling first thing Monday morning to complain and she stated she was the manager so if I wanted to complain to go ahead. Skinny girl with short dark hair. I will not step foot back in that location!!! I’m sure plenty of others will be gone as well very poorly run store!
Today was the worst Dunkin' Donuts experience I have ever had. My boyfriend and I went here at approximately 10:45AM. The Drive Thru line had a few cars, so we went inside where there was a short line, but nothing too bad. The staff was so slow! The one car waiting at the Drive Thru window was still waiting there when we left, and it took us almost fifteen minutes to get our order. The staff was rude and obviously there was some issue going on with them. The woman in a grey collared shirt, presumably a manager, was the worst one. She was screaming at the staff and was threatening to write them up. She was so mean that my boyfriend almost said something. When our order was ready, she was in the middle of screaming at an employee and never even looked at us. Instead she threw the bag at me and continued her yelling. I paid for that order and not only was she impolite by not saying "thank you", she literally threw it at me! I was a paying customer putting up with her attitude making it uncomfortable to go there! She is unprofessional and I would never want to work for someone who treats staff like that. There were signs in the Dunkin' Donuts about applying for a job there - I wouldn't suggest it. I feel sorry for those other employees. I will never return to this Dunkin' Donuts and I will take my business a few stores down to Tim Hortons from now on. Honestly, what I saw today was inappropriate and I suggest to all who read this to take your business elsewhere - you'll save time and save yourself from interacting with a horrible manager.
They let Dan and Heather go and they were the only reason my wife and I went there at least twice a day for ice coffees now every time we go coffees are wrong guess we will drive the few extra miles to were the transfered to so we can have a good coffee again,this DD is the worst ever
