        VICOLO Ristorante is an excell...

        VICOLO Ristorante is an excellent restaurant in a lovely, small town.



        I have been a number of times and each time I am more impressed. The owner is very personable. There is a nice cooperative feeling among the servers. The owner will accomodate you and make sure that his customer's suggestions are addressed by the cook and the staff.



        The combination of quantity and a relaxed atmosphere makes you feel at home. They also provide complimentary cordial drinks... Italian Grappa that will sure change the way you view grappa (excellent) and in the event that you have room for dessert... order a homemade Tiramisu - it will be the golden seal of a great dining experience.



        I thank the owner for bringing an authentic Italian place to the small neighborhood of Old Tappan.



        I WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING!

        This restaurant is a local favorite. The food is fresh, great service, short ribs are excelent!!! After dinner drinks offered on the house is a great way to end your dining experience! HIGHLY recommended!

        The BEST food I have had...EVER! The ambiance - the waiters - the owner - all 5 Star! To all who have not yet experienced this restaurant - you are missing out on the best meal you will ever have! The food is original and freshly made just for you - nothing is frozen or canned. The pasta melts in your mouth, the fish and chicken and beef dishes are unique with flavors and spices that are light and full bodied.
