absolutely horrid customer service by multiple employees there. (although to be fair a gentleman named Louis was always pleasant) Nobody gives you the time of day or the acknowledges a very valid situation you may be going through. I was sworn at, hung up on multiple times and literally laughed at about my financial situation! I have a couple of their names and even recorded one of the calls to prove how mortifying it really was. if I didn't fianacially have problems I wouldn't be financing a $4000 car through them at %20 interest!! Are you serious with all the attitude and embarrassing remarks being made? Anytime you ask for a supervisor they laugh and say"they will literally tell you the same thing" or that "they're not available" and as far as I can tell there isn't even a manager working there. It's gotten to the point that refuse to even pick up when they call. The company is trying to do a good thing which I respect and am mostly greatful for because I have a car now. But I'm paying a $400 a month car note on a 17 year old jeep so please it's embarrassing enough without the absolutely horrific customer service given by most associates. I'm not trying to get out of paying! I'm not trying to reduce my payments! I didn't say screw it im not paying them anymore! Sometimes serious things happen in people's lives and quite frankly you should be ashamed of yourselves.
I'd like to speak to someone in management who won't decide to just laugh at my issues and will just be courteous and respectful like a customer service rep should be. Please contact me as soon as possible

This company has the absolute worst customer service ever! My payment we set up every two weeks when I get paid. First two times I called I was told what I have to say doesn't matter and hung up on. They didn't take the payment out and said it was my fault and it's going to cost me an additional $20 in fees to call in a payment. I've had the car over a year payments always come out ever two weeks. They were rude, condescending and not knowledgable of how payments work. I requested a manager and was told there is not one available, transferred to a managers voicemail and now 4 days later have still not gotten a call back. I was just told " call backs are not guaranteed by management" .... I just can't wait to get my loan away from this wretched company!! If you have the option DO NOT USE SENSIBLE AUTO LENDING THEY ARE THE WORST

Sensible offers financing when everyone says NO, I've had customers whose car had been repossessed less than a month earlier that Sensible gave a second chance to. Their collection policy might be extreme but they are the only lender that I know that absolutely guarantees that they will give you one more chance when nobody else will.

Horrible customer service. I don't usually curse especially when dealing with customer service reps because I work in that field as well but their lack of communication, their condensendig talk, and the way they conduct their business is HORRIBLE. To tell me that I didn't set up payment for every 2 weeks when I know that's when I get paid is ridiculous!! To talk to me as if I'm stupid is insulting. To question if I have money in my account in order to attempt to prove your point is pathetic. I can not wait until I pay my car off because these ppl are the worst!

I've been with Sensible Auto Lending for almost two years. This year I plan to have my car paid off. I never had any problems with this company, even after missing two payments they didn't shut my car off until two weeks after the second missed payment. Around this time I lost my job, so I wasn't able to make payments.. So after a month I am able to make the payment to get my vehicle turned back on and still able to continue making constant payments until it's paid for. Today I made that payment online: I had three different representatives tell me three different things. 1) It takes 24hrs to turn your car back on after your online payment. 2) Didn't even know what he was talking about, transferred me to someone else. 3) Lady didn't have my correct information then said she didn't see any payment, wtf. They call me almost every day and once I make the payment, you guys don't have the correct payment!? I just can't wait to pay my car off. It's not hard to be professional.

I've had now 2 auto loans with this company, first car was paid off, now into my 4th year with a second vehicle so been with them for a total of 5 years and I have only been granted with one extension in the 5 years. Today I requested a 3 DAY extension and I'm told very rudely and talked to like a piece of crap that no they cannot give me a 3 day extension with a guarantee that my vehicle won't be disabled for being 5 days late with a payment. The manager Lauren is rude and unprofessional and has raised her voice to me and hung up on me only because I was asking her to explain to me why all of the sudden I'm being told something different. She said they've changed there policies and cracking down. Where is the customer loyalty? Where's the respectful customer service. I've paid these people a ton of money and I don't appreciate being talked down to brought to tears when I ask for a 3 day extension. This vehicle is our means of getting you that big payment, you cut it off we can't drive an hour to work to make that money to pay you. I understand that you can't do this for everyone but about you look up a customers history and how long they've been with you and how many times they've actually been granted an extension. You don't give honest people a chance. I've asked to speak to the gm of the company about the rudeness of a couple employees and left messages after messages with no response. I really wish y'all would show some compassion because I would've brought you business but after all this I'll be glad to cut my losses and be done with you guys. I've put $4000 into repairs on this vehicle in the first 2 years I've had it just to keep it running which was over half of what I owed on it hence the asking for a 3 day extension. Maybe you should review your policies and make them more to assist the customer and by the looks of the reviews revamp your customer service etiquette.

I have been a customer of Sensible Auto Lending for 2 years now. I have had no problems with anyone at that company. The staff and management have always helped me when I have issues. I just got a phone call the other day because I was late (the holidays) and they were going to shut my car down, I paid my bill and that was that. I just had to write this review because I'm grateful Sensible Auto Lending approved my loan due to my previous credit issues.

I agree with everyone that has posted on this venue and I've spoken with everyone that they spoken to at Sensible Auto Lending. By far, one of the worst places I've ever had to do business with. If you are reading the reviews for this business, beware and do not do business with them. Unprofessional, uncaring, lack business acumen, tact and class to say the least of the "professionals" that are employed at this business. Lauren shut off my vehicle for being 5 days late, while I was at work and 9 months pregnant. I was stuck at work in a empty parking lot at night. That was the latest of many incidents of pure evil I've faced with the people that work for this company. I've had issues with them for years and even sent complaints to the BBB to which they have saved face by only paying me one phone call to which they left a message without leaving a name or direct number for me to contact them at to resolve my issue. Then sent a message to BBB that contact was made with the consumer.

I am very dissatisfied with sensible auto lending. They are very unprofessional. The rudest customer service representatives in the world. Brandy put me on hold and never returned. I called back several times just to ask if I can have two extra days to make my payment, they threaten to reposes the car and when I ask for a supervisor she was not in. I left supervisor three messages to discuss my account she never returned my call. I will never do business with them again. STAY AWAY...
