        Overall

        Ordering online for delivery with them is a total disaster because they use Instacart. What is most frustrating is that they claim that they have no control over when Instacart delivers and how long it takes or the number of substitutions they give you. Then why bother using the???? I know they have had complaints about Instacart and substitutions because Big Y personnel let it slip that they had the complaints in the beginning. That was followed up by their inability to do anything about my deliverY due today, Tuesday at 11:00 AM (from my order on Sunday afternoon). Instacart call me at 11:00 AM and told me that my delivery would not arrive until next Saturday. A week late. I guess they do not want m business and neither does big Y.
