I am very disappointed that transfer of money to other banks is becoming impossible. This is the second month that I am having difficulty scheduling my mortgage payment to another bank. This available option was one of the primary reasons we chose Liberty Bank in the first place. Efforts to reach them by phone are unsuccessful as the online number to the bank itself is no longer working. All other phone efforts either cycle back to an automated service or an electronic call bank center which reads a scripted apology. (after an online hold of more than ten minutes) This is beyond disappointing!
I received a insurance check and called wells Fargo. Was told bring my marriage certificate because it was in my maiden name. I drove 1.5 hours to be told AFTER they verified it was legit that they couldn't cash it to go to a check cashing place. I was humiliated by the tellers and bank Manager wasted gas and can't get my mortgage paid. How can a bank not cash their own check after they verified it is good. The manager called to see if my marriage certificate along with my Id was enough , I don't get it . I will tell everyone I know how horrible wells Fargo is
