Completely addicted. This is a full body workout that changes daily and the instructors are motivating and fun. I have been working out since I was a teenager and this is the first time I'm completely addicted and goto class 5 days a week and I look forward to it.
High energy, stress relieving, complete body workout! 1st routine I want to do every day. It's like having a small group personal trainer. The staff is amazing-motivating and fun. I can see and feel the difference after only 2 months!
I love kick boxing old bridge staff is amazing. Classes are fun and are full of variety of routines/combos. There is always a good ratio of members to instructors during each class. Instructors motivates you to achieve your goals. They also help you with health tips and healthy food recipes. I can definitely notice positive changes in my overall health, better sleep, more endurance, controlled breathing and so on. Clean facility and convenient location. It is definitely worth giving a try.
I love kickboxing is amazing! It's the first time I've actually enjoyed working out. The staff keep me super motivated to work towards my goals. Would recommend to anyone looking for a change!
Two of my friends have been going to ILoveKickboxing for a few months now. They love it! They go almost every day. I went last weekend and signed up for a year membership! So fun and a real workout!
My experience at I Love Kickboxing has been my most successful (only successful) attempt at getting into shape. The classes are fun and the instructors are awesome and actually care about how you are doing. It is a more personal experience and they actually notice if you are improving or if you take too much time off. I’ve joined many gyms and always ended up quitting after a month or two. I joined I Love Kickboxing back in October and have been going steadily for five months now. I can feel the difference when I’m working out now versus when I first started. The first 15 minutes of class is a boot camp style exercise routine that changes every day. After that comes the bag rounds, followed by partner drills. Mix some stretching in there and you have the typical I Love Kickboxing class. I have come a long way and I know I am much healthier now for it. For anyone who can’t get to the gym and workout on their own on a treadmill, I would highly recommend trying out I Love Kickboxing. This is the first time I can actually say I enjoy going to the gym. As an added bonus, it’s also a great stress reliever to get to kick and punch the bag!
I started off by buying a Groupon for 10 classes to ILoveKickboxing with a couple friends. When I called to confirm my attendance to my first class, I was overwhelmed with how friendly the staff was on the phone. Their energy, enthusiasm & love for their jobs just radiated when I showed up for class (& still does to this day!). The instructors are all awesome & the workouts are great everyday. I have been a member now for a few months & I love going to class everyday. I would (& have) recommend ILoveKickboxing Old Bridge to friends!
I signed up for ILoveKickboxing through a recommendation from a few of my friends, and I have to say I am so glad I listened to them. I purchased a Groupon for 10 classes just to try it out and I loved it! I signed up for a year membership after my first class. The staff is great. They are engaged and enthusiastic and willing to give each member the attention they need to perfect their technique. The classes are excellent as well, the perfect balance of cardio and kickboxing with a good amount of stretching to prevent injury.I would absolutely recommend this place to my friends.
