Its honestly extremely disappointing because I genuinely liked the woman who did my facial. The 1st time I went there with my groupon, I had a nighttime appointment, the young ladies at the desk were very nice and I ended up scheduling a $100 hour facial and prepaid. So now, come the week of my appointment I get a call from the center confirming my appointment for that Saturday for 2oclock, which I told them was incorrect, my appointment was saturday for 3. They told me I was unable to keep that appointment because the woman who my appointment was with left at 3 and she was the only one. So then I told them I was a little confused because I made my appointment in person and purposely for 3 due to the fact I work until 2. I told them it wasn't possible for me to come in by 2 and they transferred for to about 3 or 4 different people before I settled on coming in at 2:30. I also CLEARLY stated that I could not guarantee I'd be there on time because of work but that I'd be there before 3, they told me that was fine. Now...please keep in mind I rescheduled to accommodate THEM not myself. They called me...not they other way around. So now fast forward to saturday and I was running late, I called and informed them and was greeted with a attitude about it in return. I get there and the extremely RUDE older woman at the desk confronted me about being 15min late. I tried to explain what the situation was and she continued to speak down to me and tell me that I shouldn't of allowed them to move my appointment if I couldn't make it...I then tell her I was told the woman left at 3, which she then told me that the woman leaves at 4!!!!! So now not only am I getting yelled at by someone who is suppose to be " customer service " but I was also LIED to about time she left. My thoughts are she probably didn't have other appointments and they were just trying to leave early. I was almost in tears during my confrontation with this woman. I am a patient person, I myself work in customer service....this NASTY, RUDE, UNPLEASANT woman has ZERO BUSINESS working with customers. She then went to the woman who was doing my facial...while im still speaking ...and told her to " just take her in the back " and waved me off. The way she treats people is disgusting and Im NEVER going back. I wanted to purchase my mom a giftcard for mothers day and brought my business somewhere else. I have never been so disrespected. She also decided to knock on the door during my session to scold my lady about not telling her she there was only two bottles of distilled water left. So not only was she the nastiest customer rep I've ever encountered, but she then interrupts my session. She is the absolute worse! Management needs to really take who they have at that desk into consideration but I wish I would of read reviews first, its seems I wasn't her only victim.
I made an appt with Irina to get juvederm fillers. She exceeded my expectations by far. She made me feel very comfortable and I barely felt a thing with the procedure. I cant wait to go back & get some botox. My results are amazing & 3 of my friends already booked with her.. Definitely worth it!
I have laser hair removal treatments under my arms it never takes one visit it takes 6 or more visits you have to have patience its not a quick fix but it works amazing for me. The staff is very helpful and informative. I dont always have the same woman laser me but I like hearing different opinions so that works for me . I recommend Quality Healthcare & wellness for hair removal. I am so tempted to try the other things like fat removal but I have to save up. I have used other places and I find them very fair on the prices.
