I hires them to put in a countertop, back splash & new sink & faucet in my kitchen. They did a nice job but right after the sink was put in it started to leak underneath so the plumber had to come back & fix it. It happened again before the final check was given. 6 weeks after the work was completed & they got paid they came back to seal the back splash. No phone call or date so a worker just showed up in my door first thing in the morning. Needless to say I didn't have all of the things cleared off of the counter so he said he would be back in a couple of hours so I waited home with my 2 little ones & when he didn't show by 5pm I called Joan & she rudely said he would be by later. Of course a no show & they came the day after. 1 week after that the sink started to leak again in my basement & when we called Joan she started yelling saying it was our fault because we had so much stuff under the sink. Imagine her plumber does a crappy job & we get blamed. I have a garbage screwed into the bottom of the cabinet on a track & a box of garbage bags. But why should she care she already had all of her money. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau in case the leak turns into a bigger problem like mold.
