I have had dogs as pets for 33 years and have taken our dogs/cat to Knappenberger's for the past 11 years. They are the best in the business. Always helpful, always considerate. No vets or staff have compared to their exceptional customer service, been so compassionate, honest, up front - and they don't gorge you with the unnecessary just to make the money. They know who I am when I come in or call. Dr. Todd, Dr. Tom, Rex (Paw Palace), Shelley - all of them are wonderful and really care about the animals AND you. I highly recommend them. I have lived in several states and Knappenbergers are the very best! I live in Olathe now but I would have driven across town years ago if I known about them prior to 2000! We animal lovers really appreciate you. Keep up the great work, you guys!

I have lived in almost all states. I was refered by the Independence Vet on Noland road. I moved from AZ to MO then to KS, I Have met Todd & His dad and family. They are all great and always there when you need them, no matter what time it is. I worked for a vet in CA for 5 years, so I know how important it is to get great care, yet not break you. All I have to say is stop looking and go. Check it out for yourself, and I know you will not go anywhere else. Thank You all for your help and being there and making it affordable to keep my pet going.

My dogs always receive the best care. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They are upfront and honest and they don't gouge you on the price. I can count on them to treat my dogs like they are members of a family and not just pets.
