        Overall

        Went in for a walk in on Saturday. Told the girl, I believe her name is Anisha, that I wanted straight across bangs and if she could do them. She said she could. I told her I was nervous about going to someone new. She was not friendly. Noticed that my bangs are COMPLETELY uneven. By a lot. I look ridiculous. Will be going somewhere else to get them fixed.

        Monday night I went to the Hair Shop Olathe East get my hair highlighted, no big deal, it's been highlighted dozens of times before. But somehow the highlights turned a reddish color. Two hours for red and $120. Last night I went back to get the red fixed. They added low lights and toner twice. Two and a half more hours. Now my hair is a light brown and the highlights have turned gray. Sent two emails to the owner last night and this morning for help, no reply. Very disappointing.
