The only reason I gave this place one star is because it wouldn't let me select anything less. Absolutely do NOT purchase any packages from this place. Not only is Melissa (the owner) extremely rude, but she is also very unprofessional and thinks its ok to talk to her clients disrespectfully. If anyone wants to see the emails that I received from her, please let me know, you will see the insults for yourself. If you purchase a package, make sure you are willing to sacrifice your first born if you need to cancel it for any reason. Unless you die or move more than 25 minutes away, you are NOT able to break your contract. Now, at the time I signed my contract, I was told by the girl at the front desk that I could cancel my contract after the first 6 months if I wasn’t happy with the services. So it turns out I wasn’t happy with any of the services and filled out the cancelation form 6 months after I had signed the contract, and guess what….Melissa said that she does NOT offer any cancelation options. She is 100% a scam artist. She hires young high school girls to work when she isn’t there that you can hear complain about cleaning the beds and replacing the towels when they look unused…I literally heard one of them say, I only change the towels if they look used….Ummmmm that’s disgusting. What if someone used that towel and just folded it back up????? So not only is the service awful, the tanning beds don’t work…You could literally go everyday, and barely get a hint of a tan at all, and I have a witness that heard Melissa complaining about how expensive it is to replace the bulbs so she holds out as long as possible (that would explain why nobody ever gets tan using her beds). If you are looking for any type of good customer service or quality services I urge you to absolutely NOT use this facility!
