Arrived at about 8:00 a m. to pick up the vehicle. The office hours posted said the office opened at 7:30 but nobody arrived until 8:25 to open the office. The car was dirty (I was told that the carwash was not working), the inside of the vehicle was dirty, the windshield had bugs all over it and it was not all of the way filled with gas. I had to stop at a gas station to wash the windshield. I did receive a discount for the issues I encountered. During the fiasco, I called the national customer service number and it was a joke.
Didn't have available what was book online. A full size pickup is not a small to midsize crew cab shortbox?!? They couldn't have cared less....
All of the staff at the 1610 location in Olathe are experts in customer service. They are professional in every way and knowledgeable about their service. I could go elsewhere, but I would not. The best is here.C. Miller
Car rental could not have been easier. Reserved on-line and received a confirmation call the day prior to pick-up. Arrived to get car and was on my way within 10 minutes. Car drop-off was just as quick and efficient. Only small negative was that there were only two models to choose from in the category of vehicles I had selected.
This Enterprise location is outstanding. I've rented several times from the Olathe KS location and I've always been handled professionally and quickly by their friendly staff. In fact, this time their associate (I believe his name was Andrew) went out of his way to get me a Dodge Charger (which I just love to drive). No matter the car, they are always clean and in excellent shape. They run a great operation at the Olathe location.
Made Reservation 2 weeks in advance, and even went in the morning prior to picking up the vehicle that I had reserved for that afternoon,to make sure they was going to have the vehicle and I was told that it would be there and ready.So that afternoon I showed up only to have to WAIT 20 minutes while they tried to find me a Vehicle.Now I have Rented here many times before and have had the same problem,So Maybe it's Time To Go Somewhere Else for my Rental Cars......
Just aweful. People are extremely rude. Never have what you book online in Stock when you show up and could not care less if it hurts the customers. They also try to add BS fuel charges on. Please pay a bit more and go to Enterprise. So much easier!!
I reserved car from Budget.com and went to the place. Rough looking lady and man did not even look at me and smoking outside and talking. After 5 minutes they came inside and asked me we are closing in 2 minutes (11:50a). I asked them i am here to rent a car. They said we called you and informed we don't have car. If you want take a truck with higher price. I said your sistem showed car available. They marked Full take of gas.I checked only half tank. I went back to the office they locked and refused to open. I tole them hald tank gas from outside.I took the car home and did not start. I did battery jump and brought the car back they closed.They charged for two days. Plus Fuel. The car was crappyDid not startThe people were rudeDid not listen or helpThey lied on damages and gasthey lied on out time on the system (instead 12:20p they put 11:55)They charged twiceNEVER GO THEREthis business is independently owned DO NOT GO, and RIPPED OFFYou travel will be spoiled
I reserved a standard car (Chrysler 200 or similar) 11 days in advance for a trip to Dallas, upon arrival, on my reserved date and time, they had 'no cars' available and only had SUV's.They said they rarely have cars available at this location, I asked about another location and they said they had already checked and that there were 'no cars' available at any other locations either.Since I had made plans with my daughter in Dallas that evening, I had no choice but to take one of their 'gas guzzler' SUV's, only got 20.6 MPG.After the trip I made a request to customer service to be reimbursed for the additional fuel costs of $33.00, over and above what the fuel costs for a car should have been, 30 MPG to 33 MPG and was flatly denied.I also asked what assurances they could give me that this would not happen again on future rentals and none was given, just excuses.Never again.
Booked minivan for our Chicago trip 25 days before hand and day before my trip drove down to this crap shop and he assured me that my van will be ready at 3 PM next day. I arrive at 3 PM and there is no van. They gave me a car and asked me to travel to Overland park shop to get the bigger vehicle and at OP I got Durango and the cargo space won't hold my luggage and went back to Olathe shop and they found a ford flex at Shawnee location and I drove there to exchange. I booked mini van for cargo space and finally ended up reducing my luggage. Also they charged more than what Costco provided in their invoice. Avoid this crap company and I got delayed by 3 hours.
