Sadly, there should be an option for NEGATIVE STARS in our case. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION'S SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Our BRAND NEW 2017 Dodge Journey stopped working within 3 months of purchasing and we had to have it towed to dealership. Luckily, we have warranty so that gave us piece of mind. Got a call back today from service department and were advised that the wiring harness to the fuel injector was chewed up. My husband asked how such a thing happens and the response was RODENTS! We ask why are rodents chewing on this? We are informed many of the parts are soy based and rodents are attracted to them. Better yet, we are informed this is an ACT of GOD and not covered under warranty. Upon researching this we find that manufacturers are aware of this and 2 major makers have class action lawsuits against them because of the issues of rodents chewing into wiring, etc. So, then why are these parts still being made and placed in vehicles knowing this??? My husband was transferred several times and when her finally talked to MIKE, the service manager, he could care less and said that he would not get reimbursed if he fixed under warranty. From reading other reviews in multiple places MIKE is less than desirable to work with. Looks like we will be contacting our lawyers and I will review Mike on every website to let people know MIKE, DODGE and this location do not stand by any type of satisfaction. SHAME ON YOU DODGE. I was planning on buying a new Charger this year as well but definitely will not now knowing the service department, specifically MIKE SUCKS! Only positive is Travell that we purchased car from. He was good to work with but the service department is full of employees unwilling to help in a situation that obviously is out of our hands.
I inquired about a vehicle online and wanted a cash price since I would have been traveling 2hrs away to look/purchase, they would not give me a cash price. So I looked elsewhere, purchased another vehicle and told the salesman that they lost the sale due to not giving a cash price and being upfront. I then told the salesman not to call or text anymore, he proceeded after the text message to call and leave a voice message that same day and then call the next day after that. Their sales tactics is like every other mega dealership and is pathetic for a "family owned" dealership that supposedly strives on customer service.
I never write reviews, but I feel strongly about writing this one. This place is absolutely horrible. We went in to buy a jeep and they kept increasing the price the longer we waited and were unbelievably rude throughout the duration of our time spent at their office. Do what you can to avoid this place.
This started at the Midas in Olathe. We brought our car in for an oil leak, brakes and overall inspection in August. When we got it back the oil was still leaking, breaks squeaked, and parts were missing and some held together with zip ties and duct tape. We brought it back two more times. We then brought it to the Overland Park store. One time, they broke our windshield. After at least 3, if not 4, attempts to get the work done correctly (and hours of time getting our car there and back and waiting), the oil still leaks and the breaks still squeak (less than 3 months after the original work was done). They told me today that it is the valve cover gasket (the one they replaced recently but never stopped leaking. They refused to repair my car. They were rude and disrespectful. The service and customer service were awful. My car is still leaking oil and the breaks still squeal constantly. Joe Voda advised it they might have done this intentionally. Zach McEntire was rude, hung up on me repeatedly and refused to let me speak with his supervisor. Zach had told my husband that if we had any problems with that vehicle to bring it back and they would handle it. Therefore, my husband made an appointment, we brought it back, and they were rude and failed and refused to correct the damage they caused. It is still not fixed after spending well over a thousand dollars on repairs.
I had called several places for a tire for my mom, they were outrageous and the lady at Walmart was the rudest woman. I called Tire City and Ray answered he is one of the nicest men I have had the pleasure of dealing with! I got my mom's tire taken care of in no time and saved her money!! I will never call another Tire place I will refer all my friends to Ray at Tire City. Thank you Tire City
Can't say enough good things- shopped around and the reviews don't lie for this place. Best auto repair place around- other places wanted $900 for the repair and diagnostic we had done with labor- this place only charged $500 and were very honest about what I needed and explained things thoroughly. Had the car done the same day. Will be doing all my auto repairs and oil changes here from now on. It's hard to find auto repair places that are very honest and don't charge tons over what it should be. Highly recommended!
This place is a scam that cares only about the bottom line and will lie to your face to sell you a car and make money at your expense. I am a recent college grad without much credit to my name. I was sold a car in which the salesman specifically stated "we got you approved for $297/mo for 72 months. They had me drive away and all was good. When I came back to "sign a few things" the finance manager (one of the most sleezy, unprofessional people I have ever encountered) assured me that the deal was the same as what I had agreed upon with the salesman and store manager and he had me sign and initial a couple of places and that was that. I made my down payment and then a month later I get a call from the bank that it was financed thrrough asking for my first payment of $370. I was obviously outraged. I called the finance manager to ask what happened and he started talking in circles and informed me that the salesman and manager who sold me the car have since been terminated. He told me I could come to the office and he will "try and work something out for me." Yeah..right. I went in to his office and he got a copy of the file that had in writing the date that I originally got the car with the payment of $296 for 72 months. He said the financing had changed in between the few days that I picked up the car and the days I signed the paper which was a COMPLETE LIE from what he told me when I actually went in there to sign the papers. He essentially told me there was nothing he could do for me. He asked what I wanted them to do and I said I think it would be fair if you paid the first months car payment of $370- a very small price to ask for the $4,000 that he screwed me out of. He said he would "go to bat for me" and talk to his supervisor at the main location and to call him the next day. I called the next four days with no return calls. I finally got ahold of him and his response: "were not going to do anything-you signed the contract its your problem". Then hung up

All but my first car have been to Bailey's at one time or another, starting in about 1994 with a Ford Escort Gt that needed a new head. After that, they diagnosed and fixed a bad motor mount on a 1990 Probe that Ford Dealer service in Texas had diagnosed as a bad half shaft (and charged me for). After that, it was a Mazda 6 with misfire problems. Now, it's a 2000 ZX3 that is my baby, and it ONLY goes to Bailey's.
I dropped my 2001 Silverado off in the drop box at night. I wrote on there that if the A/C system was going to be a big repair, I wanted the entire system replaced. They basically had a blank check for the A/C system. I got a call just an hour after they opened the next day saying it was done. They simply replaced a shrader valve on the low side, and replenished freon. WOW! They could have made over a grand on me, but just replaced a small part!
