I had vaser lipo and a fat transfer to my breasts almost two weeks ago. I was so impressed with how comfortable I was during the procedure and that's all thanks to their amazing staff. They never treated me like just a patient, it always felt like I was talking to my friends. My breasts already look amazing and most of the swelling is already gone. I can't see the results on my thighs yet, they are still pretty swollen, but it was told I wouldn't see full results for 3-6 months so I didn't expect an immediate shocking difference. I plan to return after my results are achieved and I'm so anxious!!!
I have been a loyal member for a long time and due to work and being busy I wasn't going there regularly but still paying my fees, however one fine day I get a call from collection agency? My credit card on file expired and no one called me to inform, although they had my cellphone number on file. I was extremely frustrated since I never had to deal with the collection agency. Never received a single letter, phone call or any sort of communication of my credit card expiring. No one had any good explanation and I ended up paying a huge amount to the collection agency to avoid any negative reporting! If they want a certified letter (most absurd policy in this latest technology) to have the membership canceled, they should also send a certified letter or at least some communication about credit card being expired before making extra money with collection agency. Very bad business practice. Al though in your above response you claimed you have several members in your gym, a good business acumen-ship is to provide excellent customer experience and that will give your business more members. Just don't be happy with what you got but aim for more. I am not a negative person at all and this is the first time I am doing this but I wanted someone to listen to the very bad experience I have gone through.

NO STARS for The "New" Weight Room Management I -was- a faithfully paying member with The Weight Room from 2007 until my debit card expired (note: paying not actually attending). Sometime in 2011 my card on file expired but The Weight Room didn't contact me until March 2013. So I get a call from employee requesting payment or he notifies me they will turnover the debt to a collection company. I was a bit frustrated with youngman so requested to speak with a manager but no manager was available so therefore I asked for a return call from a manager. I never received a return call from any supervisor, manager or owner. A few weeks ago I had my credit pulled and guess what? A collection from The Weight Room (Now I'm ANGRY). I call TWR and speak with the manager requesting copies of my contract to review the cancellation policy...Guess What? Three weeks later I still have NO copies of my contract from The Weight Room or a call from the management staff.*Please note that I am not opposed to paying whatever fees are due but I need the documentation and would appreciate some professional courtesy (i.e. return your calls and perform the duties of responsible manager).
