I used K&N to sell my entire home furnishings. I was ASTOUNDED at their great attitude & gratitude I used them. The owners were INSISTANT I take photos of all items given for sale so there would be a complete accurate accounting. I also purchased items from them at reasonable prices. The other review written here is ridiculous bc they knew the price & decided to pay. That should not be a reflection of the business. Incredibly, I just redid my home decor & now will be moving to the UK. Who am I gonna call to sale my new furnishings? K & N of course. PS: Great friendships were made with owners/staff...... That alone should speak volumes :)

DO NOT SHOP HERE--paid for a sofa and was called 4 hours later saying that sold it to a 2nd buyer and that we would not be receiving the sofa which WE HAD ALREADY PAID FOR.We purchased a sofa from this store and 2 hours later, the store called us and said the sofa was not ours and that they were voiding our credit card. Apparently, someone had come into the store before us, liked the sofa but did not pay for it but went back in the store 4 hours laters (after we had already bought the sofa) and bought it--4 hours later. The owner called us and VERY RUDELY told us they sold the sofa to a 2nd buyer and that they would be voiding our credit card. When I asked him why should the 2nd buyer be able to purchase the soda since we ALREADY PAID FOR IT the owner quickly responded that he has no problem voiding my credit card. I told him that this was extremely bad customer service, at which point he mocked me saying "o what-you're going to tell like 5 people."

Greatest place to consign furniture. They pick-up your items and handle everything for you. Their staff is knowledgable and easy to work with. All my items have sold quickly once in the store. Such a great idea when you are getting new furniture.

CREEPY STAFF!! I would never again visit the Northwest Daisy Exchange. They have such creepy staff who make sure that you feel uncomfortable . Today I had been there to sell my clothes, they gave me a waiting period of 1hr as they had to filter the clothes. Until then while I looked around for some stuffs inside the store two of their staff members kept on following me like a shadow. Wherever I went they stood right next to me, constantly staring at me and pretending as if they were setting up the clothes. They made me feel so uncomfortable that I finally had to drop the idea of buying any clothes from there. VERY BAD STAFF. Can't even think of buying or selling anything from there anymore.

The owner needs to have better communication with her employees. While you are standing there ready to buy, she is calling her daughter to see if things are sold or not. It happened 3 times in one visit, and even though the items weren't paid for, they all ended up somehow being sold. I will not return. Never have I encountered anything like that.

Don't go when they open because they won't be there. Their hours listed on the business are listed as 10-6 M-F and 11-6 Sat. I have never waited so long for a business to open. Go for the discounts, not the service.

What a great place to visit!!

LOVE THIS STORE!! I don't know where some of these reviews are coming from... I have shopped there for many years and can't get enough!I also like to sale my clothes there and I ALWAYS get more for my clothes at Daisy Exchange than Plato's closet. In addition, their selection is SO much newer, nicer, and far more trendy. Just the other day I got a pair of designer heels for $20. I Googled them: they cost $120 new at Dillard's! The employees always greet me and are friendly. Maybe the whole customer service bit was just a phase, a bad hire, or some people having a bad day that spurred the terrible reviews?? Who knows... On any account, I can only tell you what I know and that is: I have received nothing but courtesy, respect, and helpful fashion advice every time I have shopped there. Over all its a great place for a fashion forward college student who is on a tight budget to shop!
