Very bad service, treat customer without respection. They told my husband they will call me to schedule appointment. Instead they called me and order me to be home in 30minutes. I told him I worked 30miles away from my house, it will take 40 minutes for me to drive home. After I arrived home, he already left,. The supervisor told me they can't schedule appointment for me, they will notice me when they are on my road and they can't wait. Dear Oklahoma Nutural Gas, Do you know I have job need to do? Do you know I have to reschedule all my other business to follow your order. You even can't call me ahead? You are really super power master.

They never answer there phones here what a joke ... Then you call ''Julie Banks '' who is the supervisor at 297-3088 and she never answers her phone ... I guess I will call the mayors office then and see what happens ...
DO NOT get an apt or house in Oklahoma with gas utilities unless you truly can afford to pay whatever amt of money. Yes their customer service is awful. F is their grade. Just get total electrical unit. Please stay away from ONG and save yourselves!
Not just poor customer service, but extremely terrible customer service! Poor would be giving them a complement. They installed the softener unit outside as they said they could not install it in the garage because of where my water heater was located. Told me not to worry because they were going to provide me with a custom built cover to protect it from the elements (rain, snow, freeze, etc), and the cover would be installed within TWO WEEKS. They must count to 2 differently than I was taught because it has now been 3 MONTHS and still no cover despite repeated phone calls and promises of call backs (never called me back ever). Plus they offer a way to "earn" credits that could pay off your purchase price by referring people. How could I in good conscience refer people to them when they can't get my installation right in a timely manner? Unit works wonderfully, but I am concerned about the longevity of the unit being outdoors exposed to elements they promised wouldn't happen. Unit has already been exposed to rain, hail and our first freeze. I caution you to buy because product is good, but don't expect proper installation or good customer service. They can't get that right or even try to make it appear that they want to make it right.

My fiancé and I went to adopt a dog this evening from OKC animal shelter. We got there maybe 20 minutes before closing thinking they'd still be opened and willing to help us rescue a dog in need of a good home. I called earlier that day to make sure it was OK for us to bring our current dog in to see if they'd get along and they said it wasn't a problem. So as soon as we walk through the door, a young girl working yells at us saying we just exposed our dog to so many diseases. A little taken back by her rude statement instead of a warm, welcoming greeting, my fiancé steps outside with our puppy. I told her we were wanting to adopt and she got an attitude saying I have 15 minutes to look and there are over 500 dogs so I probably won't get one today. I was just very disappointed with the staff. Everyone was cold. It's obvious their main concern is not to find these innocent animals homes. I hope they are shut down and these animals are sent to a better facility who have a staff with a heart for animals. Not people working for extra cash. After reading other reviews, I see a lot of people have adopted sick animals from here. Probably since as soon as you walk in you're 'exposed to so many diseases'.
Same experience as Susan. Horrible customer service. Very disrespectful, rude, and impatient. They are you're only choice for gas service so what can you do? nothing! and they know this! They take the extra step to make your life miserable and make sure you stay that way. They use unknown caller IDs which will make a lot of phones not ring when they're calling. They let the phone ring ones and hang up, if you can't catch them during that few seconds when they call, they consider it "you didn't pick up" and cancel the appointment on you. I tried to call back and tell them to put a note in there where if my phone didn't ring to have them just come over, they refused. They won't do anything for their customer even if it's just putting a simple note in for the technician to just go to the property!! I told them I took off work to wait on the technician and they still wouldn't do it. "It's either call or go, you can't have both". At my job time is very valuable and ALL I wanted was to have them call me before they come that way I have a guess at how much time I need away from the office and they can't do it!?! Very frustrating experience from the get go. From set up they told me the previous owner still had the gas on and they didn't have to turn it off just transfer, moments after we hang up they call me back saying the technician TURNED OFF MY GAS during our call so they'll have to SCHEDULE HIM AGAIN to come by and DO A SAFETY CHECK because it's regulation. Thus, the start of our nightmare trying to get on this technician's schedule to come. Extremely frustrating! Terrible customer service! They absolutely REFUSE TO HELP YOU
Listed as line maintenance, but no one available after hours when you really need help!!!!!o
I was pleasantly surprised by this great shelter. I'm so glad we decided to adopt from here instead of a stuck-up, non-profit pet "rescue" with three pages of rules and 10 times the adoption fee. Seriously, I almost gave up after browsing PetFinder and seeing all the rules put into place for adoptions from private "rescues" around here. Pet rescues, check and see if this applies to you, because a friend of mine ended up adopting from a puppy mill pet shop even after our lectures against it because of the annoying rules, availability, and high price of the private "rescues" around him.As for the OKC shelter: the prices are reasonable. If the dog is adoptable, this is a no-kill shelter. However, un-adoptable dogs will be euthanized. We were told that dogs in cages with other dogs would be a good choice for multi-dog situations; dogs kept by themselves needed to be "only children." I'm also so glad we adopted an adult dog instead of a puppy - ALREADY HOUSEBROKEN. I can't understand why anybody would adopt a puppy when there are well-trained adult dogs available. Our dog came into the shelter injured, so it's obvious they do put effort into rehabilitation instead of just putting them to sleep if there is a chance for healing and adoption. The staff members were helpful, friendly, and informative. When you go to the adopt, the shelter has some nice play rooms where you can take a dog for somealone time. First we had taken out a male dog to play with, but he was more interested in peeing everywhere. We put him back.Next, against my arguing for "no PIT BULLS," my husband pulled out our girl! The lab mix sharing her cage snuck out and tried to run away. My husband had to grab both of them by their legs, and I was sure he was going to lose his hand to the pit bull, but she just waited patiently. We took this one to the play room. She ignored all the other dogs and smells and just wanted to cuddle up with us. Needless to say she picked us, and I'm thankful she did. She's a very well-built pit bull, and we have had people come up to us and ask to breed her. I wish I could turn them all in for animal abuse. It's obvious that she was used by a background breeder, already because she came into the shelter underweight, injured, and freshly having weaned a litter. She probably made her previous owners a good deal of money from their own private puppy mill. But, she has a real home now, thanks to the great OKC animal shelter. They do a nice job with their website, where they have pictures of many of the available pets. But you really can't tell from a picture. Our girl's picture is so pathetic - she was hiding from the camera, shy and lost. You couldn't even see her face because she was wrapped around the handler's legs, trying to hide and not wanting to be left alone again. To be honest, I remember clicking past her page on their website before we went in, because she had two strikes - pit bull and no good photo. Thank goodness nobody else nabbed her. I pray she lives a long time, and we enjoy every minute with our baby.-------There was a board full of missing dog notes, so if your dog goes through this shelter and you don't get matched up, it's your own fault. You should put a note on the board (or they will do it for you if you call in, but obviously a photo is better) and visit the shelter every couple of days to check. That's just how it works, people. Don't lose your dog and then act like it's their problem. At least they picked it up and kept it from being flattened on Penn or ripped apart by a neighborhood stray.
This place in an abomination. Had I known they had a 3-day euthanization policy, I would never have dropped off two lost pets I found on SE 59th. Male Pit, unneutered, fairly aggressive (but loving and well trained nonetheless) so I know he didn't stand a chance, and his little sister, a small pit mix, both collared, no tags. I stopped in to drop them off at approximately 5:50 p.m., in uniform, in a thunderstorm (They "close" at 5:45). Once inside their lobby, I knocked on the window to summon one of the three girls I saw still inside they building. After several minutes, one of them came out and informed me belligerently that she couldn't do anything because "they were closed" as if it was some biblical event that prevented her from being a decent human. During this one of the workers squeezed out the door, asking timidly "can I go?" They refused to take any information about where I found the animals, dry the animals or offer care or food (the male was bleeding from his nose ). After telling her off she and the rest of the people still hid in the back out of sight. Apparently, their staff would be along at 7 AM the next day to collect them from the metal cage in the wall I had to leave them in, and get all pertinent information off the form I filled out and left on the side of their cage.I know these dogs are in a better place now and I'm ashamed I didn't do more. Don't make the same mistake I did. This place is pathetic.God forbid you do your job, especially when its something you volunteer for.I can only hope their owners searched aggressively for them and found them before this shelter had a chance to provide "care."
