Great company with very professional employees. The homes are very well built and can be fully customized.

I have seen the Titan homes. My experience with personnel was great. DC very knowledgeable and on top of what is going on. I have referred people to them and they have bought a home from titan in okc and have told me that DC and everyone else was super helpful
At the beginning of our process, we were told for two weeks that we were waiting on the lender to appraise the loan, and then had the lender called us wondering when they were going to get the rest of the home contract from Titan. After much back and forth with Titan repeatedly telling us the lender has everything, and the lender saying they haven't received what they need from Titan, we did finally get to close on our property and home. (There were many other delays AFTER that, that were not Titan's fault as well, to be fair). Then, after closing, our home was both delivered and set without them telling us about it (even though their contract says there will be a phone audit before those two things happen, whatever that means.) When we asked for the contact information for the contractor(s) doing the well, septic and propane, or at least their schedule, we were told they would email it to us, but didn't. We had to ask a couple more times before they finally did. Our estimated move-in date was today, but this weekend we were told (for the first time) by someone at Titan that we need to call the electric company to have poles put up. (Something we would have taken care of a while ago if we had known--if they hadn't told us since the beginning that they take care of everything for us.) Another person at Titan told me that was a mistake and they will take care of electric and propane for us, and told us she would confirm with the manager and call us right back...but never did. Overall our experience with Titan in Oklahoma City has been that they are nice people who seem to be selling nice manufactured homes, but don't know what they are doing (what the process is supposed to be), and are really bad at communication.
This is a wonderful place to go if your are looking for a home, they will literally stop at nothing to see you placed in the home that you want. Titan tried to place me in one of their homes and in the end the approval didn't work out so they actually found me property at an awesome price and they brokered the deal for me. The process is rather lengthy but Rome wasn't built in a day. With that being said, my personal experience was absolutely wonderful until I paid the down payment and signed the closing documents. At that point any questions I had or issues that came up were ignored or I was told it would get looked into or they would get back to me and never did. When you start something you see it through to the end. This is not how it happened for me, it was seen through til the money was received and now I am no one, I'm just another person who purchased a home and for that reason I will not be doing any referrals.
i went into anderson homes after a really bad experience at another manufactured home/mobile home dealer thinking this experience might be better. while the gentleman whom i talked to did treat me a bit better than the previous gentleman at the other place, i have still yet to hear back from him regarding my approval for financing etc...and its been nearly a week. he should have known something by now
This place and the owner are straight up cons and thieves! They've stolen thousands of dollars from working people, handicapped people, tornado victims, and anyone she can steal from. SHE'S AS SORRY AS A PERSON CAN BE!!! Never ever give her any money, she will take it and you"ll get nothing. Real low lifes here.
These people took our $10,000 'down payment' after having us sign 'papers' on a new home, knowing we were turned down from mortgage company & told us we were approved @ then filed bankrupcy!!! We lost our home in may 20 tornado & these folks stole our money we borrowed from our retirement that we thought was a down payment on our home!!'
We had our trailer totaled out after the. May 20 tornado. They have done everything to help us get into a new home. And they did get us a nice home so thank y'all so much from the bottom of mine and my wife's heart. So if you need a new home go to wheelers they care and will do everything possible to get you into a new home
Pressured to place deposit, told I would hear a reply in 3 days after being sent to 5 lenders to compete for the best rate. Did not receive a callback, after reaching Titan Factory Direct in Georgetown, Tx I was told that it was sent to one lender and they were not able to approve the loan for various reasons. If you want a park model home, go somewhere else. They will try and pressure you to purchase a HUD model after they lead you on for over a month about "additional resources." I do not understand how Titan Factory Direct is going to stay in business if they have models that they cannot get financing on. Good luck if you try are trying to deal with Titan, it is not fun.
They are very helpful and informative. They really want to help people not over spend and understand the commitment that it takes. I would recommend them to anyone at anytime.
