This is one of the best places for the DIY person. The prices are a bit high on some things compared to Renters Headquarters down the street but they have a more vast variety and selection.

I had an emergency and reached out to my tribe for help. I was only approved for half. Dealing with Stacy Harjo made me feel degraded and helpless. He was heartless and seemed not to care about my situation with an "Oh well" attitude. I can see being treated this way by DHS, but not when asking for help from my own tribe..
Went to an event with a silent auction hosted by Other Options. I know it was for charity for a food pantry, but I'm a little upset. We bid & won a gift basket with all this coffee, tea, and chocolate. Every single food item, every single bag of coffee & the teas were all expired. Some stuff even expired in October 2015. It's now August 2016. That's just messed up, ghetto, and just plain shady!!!! So ultimately we paid $45 for two cheap coffee mugs. Pretty ironic that it was for a food pantry that doesn't accept expired food, but someone thought it was ok to con someone into buying the expired food instead. SHADY SHADY SHADY, and DISHONEST!!!!!
My daughter was not accepted due to our Income, however that is not the issue. The staff lost our first set of paperwork. I was the one who initiated two follow up calls that turned into a "you'll get a call back". The first follow up, i was told she was approved, the second (days before school starts across the state) she is not approved. I was looking for an apology, it did not come.
This place does not care for its residents, my mother has been here 2 months now, she had not had a bath in 5 weeks , no brushing her teeth her bed lights and the adapter she needs to raise her head is always on the floor, causing her to choke...The aides are on cell phones or talking on the halls they do not care...I've reported it twice...so now il go to aps, adult protective services....I'm will get something done...Don't take your loved one here, at the time we had no choise....we do now...
As a former employee. Source Unlimited is and always has been a caring and professional place to work. I only wish I didn't have to move away. I know I would still be there.
A safe conformable place to go ; Tues-Sat 11:00AM- 7:00PM . Peer support, cognitive behavioral therapy meetings are optional. Excellent environment to recover and meet caring supportive peers.
Great skilled nursing facility. Clean, well staffed with highly trained staff, well maintained, attentive management, respond quickly to needs. Therapist are some of the best anywhere.
Phone number is not correct. This number now belongs to a resident.
This place is worse one I have ever seen. I worked there and they never brings supplies on time. One day I have to go around entire building to find wipes to clean feces. They become too active when there is a surveyeres in the building. And after that went to sleep for a week. Poor management, favouritism valued more than people who works hard. I m glad I left this facility for better opportunity. They will hire the person from the street to work without any drug test or background check.
