Friendly staff and good selection in this Western Avenue vendor mall! Lots of different booths to peruse.
I called this business at 5:05 looking for some supplies my college daughter needed for a project. She couldn't locate what she needed and they had…
This new business has a huge selection of refinished and repurposed furniture and home decor items, painting classes, antiques and collectibles. See their facebook page for photos.
A fun place to spend an hour or two looking for hidden treasures.Very friendly staff!Chris is especially fun to talk to, as is Kris (the owner, a.k.a. "Mother Phoenix").Wide selection from wildly different vendors.Nice, central location in NW OKC, too -- just east off May Avenue. A great place to take out of town guests for an hour or two of shopping.
Oh my gosh, Ms AntiqueGuru are you really that grumpy or are you just a jealous competitor? I have been to the Phoenix and have never been treated so well in any store. It is charming and so warm and friendly - it feels like wrapping up in a warm blanket on a cold day. I've been to this sort of mall around the city and around the county but this one is special.I loved all the different vendor areas; they are all different but, they share a commonality - charm and unique diversity. All of the vendors that I met seemed to help each other by escorting the customer to other sites that might have their desired item. I met one delightful lady in the Phoenix, who told me that she had been coming here for a while and now came not only to shop and buy but , also to visit the very friendly owner, Kris. I have to admit, I feel the same way. I guess it is almost redundant to say, "I absolutely love the Phoenix"
Love this place sooooo much!I find my favorite incense there, my favorite soap, and a wide selection of fine antiques and collectibles, to boot.Well worth the trip? You bet. Every time.
We found a terrific quilt ladder here, and will be happy to return next time we're in that part of southeast Oklahoma City. (It's not a part of town we visit terribly often.)
I have bought numerous things, from very large to very small, at this wonderful little shop. And many times I've just gone in and looked at all the interesting things. So much fun...
This was the most awful experience I've ever had dealing with retail. I've worked in retail for over 20 years and have never treated someone like I was just treated. Admittedly I came in five minutes before closing but I had no intention of staying for long I have. I walked in and was told that the store closed in 5 min and I didn't have time to look at anything. I told her I was looking for a pyrex Bowl and would just quickly look at it if she had one. She told me she had a family to get home to and she needed me to leave. Flabbergasted, I walked out then turned around and went back in. I told her I understood that she had a family... She stood up and told me to leave. I asked her if she was having a bad day she said no and started ranting and yelling for me to leave. I told her she was a hateful person and she called me a bitch. End of story
LOVE this joint just off Nichols Hills!Diana and Mr. Bradford couldn't be friendlier, and the selection is truly top drawer.A personal favorite, no doubt!
Clean, well lighted, and handsome venue filled with a wide array of well selected antiques. (No junk here -- that's a major improvement over most of the so called "antiques" businesses in the OKC area.)Terrific, family-owned business I'm proud to patronize and refer others to.
