Jenny gave me a fabulous massage! She was so nice and really made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed. Recommend!
Not worth the GrouponI went in with brown hair and light blonde golden highlights...I asked for platinum highlights....I left with grayish ugly brown hair. It was done by the owner Debra Allen and she will not respond to my texts or Facebook messages.
This place is deceiving my dirty, unkempt and one should stay away from it. It looks nice, but looks can be deceiving. The manager, La, or Okc or whatever is confrontational and rude and should not be a manager. She said she does not like Oklahoma and is very unprofessional. Beware and stay away! Hope his helps!
First time here and probably will never return. I went exactly a week ago, went in at 5:30 and was taken care of immediatley but she didn't finish with my nails until 7:30 and all I had done was a full set manicure. I was cut about 4 times during my manicure, I told her a certain finger was sensitive due to loosing a nail when younger; then she cut it with the electric file right after. I got them done chrome but you can still see green peeking out the sides, and now 1 week later and I have lost 1 nail and have 2 that are barley hanging on. A total waste of 60$ and 2hours.
Kiki was very professional yet warm and welcoming. Since this was my first microderm facial I liked that she told me what to expect as she was doing each step. My skin feels wonderful and I have my next visit scheduled! Her prices are very competitive too. Thanks again, Kiki!
Absolutely horrible experience. Owner and employees have a complete absence of professionalism. I was verbally attacked for requesting a refund b
The only true day spa in OKC! Beautiful and relaxing! They know how to pamper you and make you feel amazing!
The building was not an atmosphere that represented tranquil, pampering, relaxing experience. The lobby was very dark which gave an impression of uninviting. No one was at the front desk when I entered. The room I was directed to was very dark and had blankets and sheets on the massage table that looked like what a college student would choose for their dorm room bedding. The woman simply told me to get ready and she would be back. I received no instruction or registration. she did not ask what my main areas of focus were that I was wanting during the massage, she simply just started. They don't have any aromaoils, they simply mix some oil with regular Jergan's daily body lotion, I have lotion and oil at home that is nicer than what they have. The massage itself was pretty decent, especially for the price. The woman knew her technique and muscle groups and I was pleased and relaxed with the actual service itself, however, I won't be going back here for my next massage. it is not the spa-like atmosphere I am looking for to be fully relaxed and pain free after a 60 or 90 min massage.
When I arrived, it was dark inside. I tried the door thinking it was just the tint that made them look closed, but it wouldnt open. I don't understand why you would keep the door locked at a business when you have enough people there; if you dont trust leaving your door unlocked to accept patrons in, especially when expecting them, you probably shouldnt rent space there. After a while, a woman opened the door & stood in it to ask what I needed. I replied I had an appointment. She seemed confused, but let me in anyways & walked straight to the back. I took the initiative & sat on the couch in the dark lobby to wait. Reminds me of the saying: "You can put lipstick on a pig". The place had nice paint & decor, but still seemed run down. After a while, another woman dressed in sweat pants & tank top came up to the front & rung out a man exclaiming how amazing she was. I assume that she is Amber, the person who would give my massage. They finally finished & she walked to the back wo saying a word to me. By this time, Ive decided that maybe I shouldnt have come, but I know you shouldnt judge a book by its cover.A few minutes later she reappeared & asked if I had filled out the form. Of course, I hadnt - no one had greeted me or suggested that there was anything I needed to do. She handed me a pen & the clipboard that had a stack of general patient forms clipped to it & walked back to the back. I could pretty easily read the imprint from the person that filled one out before me. She came back & waited for me to get up to follow her. I did so, she showed me the room & gave me the usual instructions. I asked where the bathroom was. She looked at me as if this request was unreasonable just before an hour massage.Pros: Didnt hesitate on pressure, the music wasnt terrible, she knew how to strip a muscleCons: Could be said that she used way too much pressure - I ended up having a couple of bruises, played music w ads, would skip songs, hands were rough & calloused, nails scratched me, shorted me 10 minutesIve had better massagesAfterwards, I start to pay for the service. Wait, they dont accept any plastic. I feel this is a pretty important thing that should be mentioned when making the appointment. It's the 21st century. The majority of America doesnt carry cash anymore.I offered my license & headed off to the 7-11 to get some cash. I was gone about 40 minutes dealing w a related bank error trying to get cash. When I got back, she was gone. My license w her. She didnt tell me before I left that she had to leave soon, call me to tell me she was leaving, or leave my license so I could pay upon returning.No. None of that happened.I down play the getting cash part. Let me give you a taste. I am a female in Oklahoma's Harlam. Next to Fantasy Island. Trying to get $30 of my $500. It was getting dark. It was stressful & scary. Then they tell me they expect me to give them the check & come back the next morning (I live 23mi away) to pick up my license. Her reason for taking my license home w her? I stole a service. Uh... no. I left my license to show that I WASNT stealing. She wouldnt answer my phone calls. They told me that she wouldnt come back, deliver my license, or meet me.The next day I called 2xs & informed them I was going to come make a payment & needed my license. "You gotta pay before we'll give it to you." I calmly said "I realize that; I will be there w a payment." Before heading there, I made sure to grab my checks for the account that has money in it. I tried 2 places to get some cash for her. Both denied me bc my pin wasnt set up & they couldnt take a check wo a driver's license (which Amber had). I decided that I wouldnt go alone. Once there, I started to write the check, but they wouldnt take it. I borrowed $25 from my friend. These people dont look like they take care of themselves. Im pretty sure that guy got a "special" massage. You only take cash? Sounds like money laundering.
I've been going there for about 2 and a half years, 2 or 3 times per month. I prefer very deep massages and this is one of a few places that get it right without being too painful, even when they walk on my back. The masseuses are very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!
