I haven’t been to the OKC branch but I’m sure they all have the same rules. I have a new account and I have $1600 in it. At least $1300 of it was from a remote deposit I did over their app. It’s on hold for about a month (at least)and I’m getting charged $22 every day for checks I wrote to use my money! This is a load of crap! I was told when I deposited the $ that it would be put on hold but it doesn’t say how long. I figured a couple of days or I wouldn’t of deposited it! I can’t eben pay my bills now and that will cause my credit to be hurt!

850 credit score and it was the worst experience I have ever had getting a mortgage. They know nothing about dealing with veterans, they lied several times about selling the note and they made a mistake on my paperwork saying I was paying 41% interest instead of 4%. They constantly make it impossible to access your mortgage documents online because if you do not constantly use your account they disable online access for some absurd reason. They are horrible.

If you want to use places like Walmart Grocery Pickup you will have to call and pre-approve the purchase first. You also cannot have them blanket approve every purchase in advance without calling for each and every one. This is their policy on many websites. You will not know until you are denied. If you want to buy something online, be sure to do it when their credit union bank hours are open and accessible. TrueSky will tell you that most websites have fraud on them, so that is their policy. Really, Walmart? Ok, but that is what HTTPS is for. They are backwards moving. Find a newer bank.
OECU IS AMAZING. IT IS SO EASY TO GET PREAPPROVE FOR A AUTO LOAN AND SARAH IS SO AWESOME AND THERE TO HELP WITH ANY QUESTIONS. I LOVE THAT I CAN DO IT BY EMAIL AND YOU DONT HAVE TO EVEN GO INTO THE BANK. THANKS GUYS ..CANT IMAGINE EVER GOING TO ANYONE ELSE !!
I loved working with OECU to buy my new SUV. It was the easiest, most through and quickest experience I have had in a long time. Tammy was wonderfull. Everytime I called she was very patient and very helpful. Experience was great. Tammy is always there to help in any capacity that I need. OECU has been a great financial experience.
Amanda was great answering our questions and quickly getting our loan done with no hassle. It was easy to electronically sign the paperwork and get the loan completed.
