Dr. Melody is amazing. When i went back to look at glasses, i could not get the girl to help at all. She just pointed to the wall of glasses. I found a pair i would have bought, around $400, however when i told her i liked them she just jumped up with excitement for the sale! I told her i WOULD HAVE bought them, but if she didnt want to help me when i walked in, i sure didnt want her help now, and that i would go elsewhere. I will go back, however for my eye exam. This occurred in 6/2016
If you have eye insurance its best you go to a doctor or business under your insurance. This company you pay out of Pocket which is find for me since I did not have insurance. Customer service was a great experience. Small staff but patience is key if you are willing to wait. Ordered glasses with no problem. Glasses are reasonable its just the lenses that will cost you.
I ordered my lenses and was informed by the person who checked me out that they should arrive in a week. It's been almost a month and still no lenses. I called and spoke with Nanette 3 weeks later and was told they were never ordered. The girl was "New" and made a mistake. I asked for some form of compensation back due to the error and was denied. She didn't seem very empathetic. For this reason, I will not use this company again or refer anyone. The Doctor who examined my eyes was OUTSTANDING. However, Nanette needs to take some empathy training. It's really disappointing that she didn't go above and beyond to appease me considering I was the customer "inconvenienced" I understand people being brand new but I shouldn't have to suffer behind someone else's incompetence. If Nanette had just done more than the required, the review I'd be writing would be much different. For this reason, 947 Eyes has lost a customer. I will opt to go and pay a higher price for the same exact service if I know I'm going to receive much better customer service. In the words of my boss "NOT MY CIRCUS,NOT MY MONKEY" Thanks for the (lackluster) customer service, Nanette!Chianti.
Let me preface this by saying that Dr. Greenhaw is a sweet man, a nice enough eye doctor. However, if you make an appointment, you should not have to wait for over an hour to be seen! Then, the front staff are extremely unapologetic about how they have absolutely wasted your time, and not concerned that they have lost a loyal customer. I have gotten my contacts here for awhile and it is consistently bad. I have a pt of patience. I also work in Healthcare, so I understand when the staff is having a bad day, so I gave it time. Also, for the past 2 years they have had this TERRIBLE ringing in the office, like tinnitus x 15, that you can't get used to. Like, fix that already! The frame selection is limited as well. People, go SOMEWHERE ELSE. Don't waste your hard earned money here.
Dr. Schmid is a wonderful eye doctor in OKC, I think. He spends a lot of time with his patients, he is very nice and great doctor.
I totally agree with the other comments, the sad thing is Dr. Williams is pleasant and wonderful but the staff is completely killing her reputation. There are military families in the area and I would like to think that their customer service would meet the need of the service men and their families that have sacrificed so much for our country. They don't seem to care, I was in the military and have been personally offended. At one time I was a patient of her colleague Dr. Voss whom I was with for around 4 years until he retired. He was wonderful and is greatly missed. I won't be coming back here again. I am going to move to vision source, they have wonderful reviews.
I have used Circle of Life Eyecare now for over 5 years and am a very satisfied customer! She always explains everything and they are reasonable and convenient. Would recommend to anyone.
A friend of mine went there for years. A lens broke out of my sunglasses. I took them in today and a nice lady had them repaired right away at no charge. I checked out the frames for readers and found several that I liked. Due to their customer service, I am going to order RX readers at their shop. I am also recommending to a friend who needs a repair on his sunglasses.
The doctor is great but her front staff could use more training. I went in and I had 2 insurances. They filed my first insurance the one under my dad and did not file mine. When I asked they said it was too late to file. I do insurance myself so I know that as long as I had insurance the date of service You can still file a corrected claim. The front staff wasn't too happy that I wanted my second insurance filed and that they had to give me a refund for my overpayment they were very rude every time I went in for my contact fitting. I will not be doing my exam with them next year. It sucks for the doctor because she is amazing but she did lose a patient because of her front staff.
I would not recommend this business. I was given the wrong prescription for glasses and contacts twice. Had to go back 4 times before finally getting the correct lenses. I have been waiting 2 weeks to get refund, when I called asking about my refund, treated rudely, and they hung up on me.
