I had a membership at a different salon, but decided to try California tan because the location is super convenient. I absolutely LOVE it!! I love the people, i love the prices, and i love my tan!! I will continue to tan here and i recommend this salon to anyone who appreciates quality customer service and wants a beautiful tan without breaking the bank!

Service is amazing. Mallory and her crew are great at helping us get our tan going as quickly as possible. Never really have to wait. They make you feel very comfortable and they are very knowledgeable.
Love this location. All the staff are very helpful & friendly. Usually don't have a wait. Mallory especially goes out of her way to help me get the best tan I can possibly get in the least amount of time.
Went for my first time to get a spray tan had no clue what I was doing. No instructions on the wall or by staff. The machine told me what to do and I had no idea what position to stand in left or right. Went to explain what happened the girl at the front ignored what I said and went to the back. I just left. Waste of 30 dollars and my time.
When i went to the store to sign up for a membership, the store clerk that i would be paying half of the normal rates since i am a golds gym member. She said my monthly fee would be about 23 dollars for a level 1 & 2 beds. This month they billed me 43 dollars and i called customer service about the issue, i spoke with Cory. He said that the 43 dollars is the discounted price and that there isnt anything he can do to fix it. So i asked him if i could cancel the account since i was being billed the wrong amount and he said no. Then i asked if i could switch the account to just a level 1 bed and he said no. He also said that there would be a $100 cancelation fee if i canceled my account even though i was told the wrong amout.I asked Cory if there was a manager that i could speak to and he said there isnt anyone above him that i can speak to. What kind of business doesn't have managers!? I am very irritated and cannot believe the lack of customer service i got.
