Hit the drive thru on a Sun night. Man taking orders was very curt. No pleasantries from the point of greeting ("order when ready") to handing me my food. He didn't tell me until AFTER I paid they were parking ALL orders nor did he ever apologize, offer an explanation or even throw in anything extra (all things we were instructed to do when I was a shift leader in the 90s). It took 10 minutes from the point of order to getting my 2 burgers in hand. 1 was cold & the other was just... bad. It had no flavor at all & was lukewarm.
I pulled into the drive thru at 10:30 at which time they were supposed to be open. I waited in the Drive-Thru line for 45 minutes. I was the first in line. When I finally got up there to give my order the girls said that they couldn't help me because of some equipment failure and I'd have to wait. She took my order and asked me to pull over into the waiting parking spots. There were four other cars that were behind me also had to pull into the parking spots they wait for the food to be brought out. We had to wait there for about 30 minutes till the girl carried out our food. Never again will I go to the KFC on Northwest Expressway

My daughter is a grade student,she was hired as a Crew member. Store location Sonic Drive-in 8405 N. Houston Rosslyn Rd. Houston,tx77088 On this date of November 18,2017 my child wasn't paid for her wages. Two pay periods and still haven't received a paycheck. Paycheck for 10-31-2017 also paycheck for 11-14-2017 all she received from the manager at Sonic also the head manger and payroll department was frustrations and lies we ask for the fifteen trance number was told by payroll department their computer system isn't set up to give out a fifteen trance number our Bank allowed a three way calling to clarify there wasn't any deposits are rejection nor attempts made from sonic regarding my child two paychecks I really believe it's some type of fraud alert going on with this sonic Drive-in the manager there at the location probably had my child money deposited in her man bank account it's no telling how many people she has stolen from sonic 8405N.houston Rosslyn h,tx 77088 this location is very much not the place to eat at pay my daughter her money two pay periods worked and didn't get paid for her hourly wages
I went in the other day and got a Bacon & Egg Biscuit for $ 3.49.When I had left I saw the sign said 2 for $ 3.50.Good customer service would have said for a penny more would get you 1 more.This was 10/17/17 about 8 am.
Everything is always old and dried up, the cheese bombers are just a shell with a bitter taste, everyone that I go to the chicken taste like it has been cooked and then reheated in old grease just awful when you pay your money for this kind of food
Van, TX Sonic drive-in is horrible. They play music there so loud that the person taking the order can’t hear, and maybe isn’t paying attention. We repeated our order as loud as we could to him, five times. He just couldn’t hear us, the music was so loud. Asked 3 times for a manager to come out and finally she did. An assistant manager, (teenage girl). Said they weren’t allowed to turn the music down. While trying to talk with her, (again, music so loud it was difficult to understand each other), the inside order taker had totaled up our incomplete and incorrect order. Just a complete disappointment. A couple of days later we drove from Van, TX to the next town- Canton TX- to their Sonic and wow, no music, no problems communicating! They got the order correct the first time. When we called to talk to the main manager of Van Sonic, she told my husband he is just an unhappy person and she couldn’t please him. Never again will we bother giving Van Sonic our business.
I have complained over and over about poor overcooked food and cold food. Corporate won't get back with me and the store manager at the Sand Springs location doesn't really seem to care. We got burnt & soggy corndogs. We also got totally cold double cheeseburgers that were old. The cheese was cold and not melted because the burgers weren't fresh. The Sand Springs Location seems to precook and let everything sit and serve it cold and soggy. Over cooked soggy corndogs on 50 cent day and cold / old double cheesburgers 3 times in a row. We went to 2 other Sonics and got hot Burgers with melted cheese that were fresh! The Sand Springs Adams road sonic is aweful!!!!!
You never get what you want the food is cold they put lots of salt on it and it is disgusting I know it's a small town but still sonics should keep track of their businesses and make sure their quality is good
I went through the drive thru at about 9:30 and ordered a ten piece. Waited over 20 minutes and finally got the chicken and got home and the chicken was old. It was hard, extra greasy, and not even hot. I tried to call when I got home and no one answered the phone, even though they were supposed to be still open. I called the next morning and the manager was very short with me. I didn't even get to fully explain the situation. However, has The young man who was running the drive thru was very nice and very attentive when I got to the window and even gave me a complimentary drink for my wait. The manager said she would replace my meal, but please understand that customer service is very important. I will continue to go back because the employees are very nice. And because it's in close proximity of where I live.
