They overcharge on supplies. 1 cotton fiber filter costs $12.00? They tell you that your insurance has covered 100% of the amount for supplies, then you get billed. They'll still bill you for the months of exams that you have already paid. Then it takes them almost half a year to fix it. And that is if you can actually get someone in billing to return your calls, cause they do not ever answer the phone.And there overall process is broken. I still kept waking up tired and exhausted like I haven't even fallen asleep.
Don't know if this will help anyone. Was sent here about 7 or 8 years ago and have experienced nothing but frustration. Very poorly operated business. They give you a phone number for a sleep advocate but they never answer their phone. Same with billing. I just changed to Medicare so hoping I have to have a new sleep study. It won't be at this place.
THIS IS THE WORST PLACE i HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. IF YOU HEAR THEIR NAME YOU NEED TO RUN AS FAR AND FAST AS YOU CAN.
Where do I start? Every single time I go here, I get extremely frustrated. They send me a bill, I take it in to pay, they still send me bills. I ask about it, they don't have any record of me paying, or I have to call back later, and leave a message, and they never call back. I order supplies, they tell me its covered by insurance, then they send a large bill telling me it wasn't covered. I can go on and on. Something isn't right here. I am going to try someplace else I can trust. This place has serious issues, especially with billing and insurance. Very shady.
This is a great and caring business! Would recommend to any and everyone struggling with sleep disorders!
I have been there several times. The staff has always been professional, and the facilities are very clean. The finances have been handled with my insurance UHC, and I have never received a bill. I love UHC.
Will not go back to this place. Found out after the fact and too late to re-file, that one of my visits was not billed to insurance. Then I made a payment through my bank bill pay, but 3 months later, it still not been applied to my account. We sent them the statement from my bank proving that we made the payment. Just received another bill this week - no payment applied. But, we were told last month when we called that the payment was applied, and the overage was applied to my "equipment" bill - even though I have never seen a bill from them for "equipment". When my husband recently called, the person he spoke with in billing was exceptionally rude. Payments not applied, phantom bills, rude office staff - no thank you. Only giving it one star because I have to, otherwise it would be 0.
I went there this past year for a sleep study. it is a year later and im still recieveing bills, even after paying for the entire thing up front. Do not trust this place!
I would NEVER use this business or their sister business Sleep Safe Oklahoma for anything!! I have never filed a complaint about anyone but this business MUST be exposed for the money hungry pit they are. To date I have NEVER seen or spoken to a doctor (always a nurse of some sort) even though they charge my insurance company $225 a visit! My neurosurgeon only charges $122. I just got my new CPAP supplies and received a bill for $395 before insurance and $169 AFTER my insurance payment. I searched the internet for IDENTICAL ... yes I mean identical supplies and the total before insurance was only $$148. PLEASE heed my warning and DO NOT use this company for anything!
