GO SEE GLEN, GIRLFRIEND!!! Glen is the store manager, and he is so incredibly knowledgeable, kind, friendly, patient, and really fun, all while being extremely patient. He has always remembered me by name since the first time I walked in, and he always asks me about what's going on in my life. Even if I haven't been there in a few months, he remembers what I've been up to. Even if I'm not in the best mood, and even when I am, he makes me laugh and puts a huge smile on my face. That level of customer care and service is so rare these days. He has pointed out many products to me that I have purchased, LOVED, and never would have known about without his assistance. He is absolutely NEVER pushy about this process either; it's clear that he's just genuinely concerned about helping you look and feel your best! You can tell that he loves his job and his customers, too. Also, Sephora is a crack house for makeup lovers. They have all kinds of funky tools, nice brushes, every type of makeup you can imagine, hair products, fragrances, etc. Their sale section is always stocked with fantastic products at unreal prices as well. If you don't know about it, the Sephora line of makeup is JUST AS GOOD as it's high priced competitors; in fact, I prefer the Sephora brand to many others. (The jumbo water proof eyeliner has LITERALLY changed my life. I get so many compliments on it, and it truly does stay brilliant and never smudges, even if I wear it at the gym after work.) All of the Sephora stores are great, but, I must say, if you want a truly remarkable shopping experienced with personalized, patient, and cordial service, you truly must go to this one - because this is the one that Glen is at! I know it's the only one I go to. Glen is an asset to Sephora, and anyone who gets customer service from him is lucky to have experienced it. He sets the bar so UNBELIEVABLY high that no one else even begins to measure up!!!

Been here several times and truly feel like the owners care. 1. Not many beauty supplies do any returns but they try there best to do what they can given the circumstance and break policy rules to make you happy. 2.They know exactly what they have in the store and what they sell they will tell you if it curls or not and also tell you if its 100% TRUE human hair (The lady in the front told me that a certain hair would not curly even though that it said it was human hair!!) Many beauty supply stores just try to sell sell sell but these people here are truly honest people that want you to be happy and try to carry things that you would like! 3. The store might be called ebony but it really has everything for all ethnicity you people that go to SALLY'S ARE WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! They beat there extension price by minimum of 20$ easy!! Soooo cheap compared to sallys its ridiculous. 4. Overall this store and there products are just honest they are not there to just sell to you but to really make you happy and find what you need and its the biggest store beauty supply store in Oklahoma!!
The people who work their are nice...but the Chinese lady their is mean. She has a bad ways. I asked for help, but she was talking to her worker in the store beside her about her personal business in her language.. I waited 2 whole min...she tried to ignore me..them she looked at me and said WHAT DO YOU WANT!! She made me cry as I left the store.the item I needed she said with an attitude ( its over their). She has been rude for years,that is why my customers never go their.. I do hair. She may be nice to you in front of the black workers that work for her, but in front of her people she nasty woman. I buy items from her all day...I may just start ordering on line, also I see her being nasty to other black people in the store that buys from her. She treats white costomers really sweet,respectful, she worships the white people, I guess more white are welcomed. She does this in front of my kids!!! Teenagers, and even they noticed!.. Ooh well
SALON: had an appointment with Tracy the salon manager for a cut. She was running about 20 min late but dnot think she had an appointment before me. I brought pictures of the a-line cut I wanted as I have straight hair with no body and brought pics of similar hair. She put these huge 1.5" chunks of layer into my hair, straight out of the 90's. I told her the pics did not have that and it's a smoothly tapered cut. She had to cut more length off the lessen the damage. Needless to say, that was not the cut I wanted. I called to cancel the follow up appt as there is no way I'm going to let her cut my hair again. She asked if I wanted to reschedule, I said no, I am not happy with my cut. Instead of offering to make it right or do anything at all to keep a customer, she said ok. Bad cut, bad customer service, bad experience. BAD Ulta, BAD!!! They get one extra star because while I waited I found a cute nail polish color.
This store is incredible. If you like good service, friendly smiles, and fun makeup, you need to go here! I told the associates I was going on a trip and that I had a few things I could buy but that money was tight due to the trip. They got me what I needed, and then gave me MULTIPLE samples of things I said I liked (such as this one girl's foundation - it was YSL and INCREDIBLE.) And, the manager, Beth, was telling me about BB cream, which I never knew what that meant, so she recommended her favorite kind and also gave me a sample. Every single associate at that store was REMARKABLE and gave impeccable service that was both funny and professional, and I was especially impressed by Beth taking a personal interest in my needs. There is a Sephora, inside a JC Penny, closer to my home, but I will NEVER return to that store after the treatment I received at this store. They made me feel welcome and at home.
I have been receiving massages at The Body Shop for 5 years and have found them to be a very professional business for a great price. I, too, purchased several groupons. Since the coupon clearly said one per customer, I gave the others to friends. I called, made the appointment (with a new therapist because the one I had been using had left), got in immediately, and had a great massage. I did notice on the groupon page that they sold 2400 groupons. If you figure that out, over a 6 month period (the length of the groupons) that is over 400 per month. I knew they were going to be busy. So I purposely did not wait until the last minute to redeem my groupon. Why would anyone wait until the last day, then complain they couldn't get them in - when you had 6 months to make an appointment. I highly recommend The Body Shop.
The Body Shop will be under new management on Oct. 1, 2011. The Groupon experience nearly buried this business. We are well aware of the discontent over the Groupons that were sold, but expired on Sept. 15, 2011. We will develop very creative ways to help customers redeem at least some portion of the value of those Groupons. But, as new owners, we are under no obligation to honor any Groupon, but we will strive to provide a very meaningful experience, and help restore confidence in this business and offer discounts for the next few months. The Body Shop has had an excellent record for many years, and this Groupon experience has been very unfortunate for the previous owner/management. So we appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain an A+ rating.

I have been a client here for several years, I have never had a bad experience, in fact I have recommended this place to so many of my friends and family I have to compete for appts! My favorite therapist Sarah is no longer there, but I have seen several other therapists and so have friends and family and we love them all, the prices are great, and the people are wonderful and very professional!
This place was great. My husband and I decided to get a spur of the moment massage and I saw online the body shop had 1hr massages for $40 so we decided to try it out. I had a great deep tissue massage from Trisha (definitely recommend) and my husband had a deep tissue from J-Lo (he recommends her as well). We are both very pleased with our very relaxing messages.
