i have had a lot of things going on around this park and i am not sure how to remove the review but i was told i have to remove the review posted on this site even tho i am not a member of this site and if i dont remove it i have to move. so i am trying to remove this review so i can stay. so everyone please over look what was said until i can figure out how to remove it. the management just left here after telling me i can not post anything but good things about the park. the hillcrest park was bought for marcel to inherit when her father dies and hilltop is for her cousin to get and that is aronld sulivans nice. so they have owned it for over 40 years and it was a lot better when arnold run the place. but hillcrest does goto marcel so she can run it anyway she wants but everyone already knows they been around awhile.

This is a nice and quiet community for rentals. The tenants on this property are nice and respectful. This property is near TAFB
Roy Copeland is a wonderful man to deal with. Unfortunately, his daughter Carla/Karla is a completely inept human being with the professional fortitude of a gnat. She is never available, will not answer phone calls, and resorts to responding with texts instead. She contradicts her father, Roy's, agreements with you. This being the case, you MUST get anything and everything in writing from Roy if you make any agreements with him. If not, she will just argue with you and make excuses as to why you are wrong and that's just how it is. I would love to give this place a higher rating for Roy's sake. Unfortunately, his daughter ruins any hope of this ever happening. Completely horrible experience. I have had numerous storage units throughout my life. This has been by far the worst ever because of one single person. I would HIGHLY suggest you look elsewhere because of her.
While on vacation in OK, our dad became very sick and needed to be hospitalized. The owners were very kind and let our parents keep their Trailer parked here, even though they were fully booked for the busy Memorial Day weekend. Such nice people. We are so grateful!
This park was a nice park, but has gone downhill fast. The park manager is just there to collect money, he will not fix any problems in a timely manner (took over 4 weeks to fix 50 amp service. New breaker 5 minute job). The park rules are rarely enforced, if you like loud music all day long, barking dogs all night long, domestic problems with regular police visits, and rude people, this is the park for you. It's about what I imagined Hell would be like, Stay Clear!!!
Using either our microwave or our electric water heater at the same time that our A/C was running would BLOW THE BREAKER at our 30 amp site!! The campground owner does not allow the use of any type of electrical “dog bones“, so we were not allowed to move to a more powerful 50 amp site, where we could use our 50amp-to-30amp pigtail adapter. We camped at Council Road RV Park in a Motorhome and would NOT stay here again.
Hope all the bad mean people are gone from Edgewood. now that its a R.V. park,
When we arrived we were impressed with the facilities. There was a lot of road noise from the highway, but they have a wonderful game room/lounge area. However, this area is open to the office and any time my children or I made any noise at all we were harshly reprimanded, even yelled at, by an older couple working the office. My kids were well behaved and not very loud at all, nor were they unattended. We were shocked at the staff's reaction. It was a very cold day when we were here and we had planned on spending a bit of time in the game room with the kids, but we were so uncomfortable being there that we ended up leaving. They are clearly not family friendly here and we will not be back. Think twice if you are coming here with children.
This place is great. It's right on I-40 with easy on and off ramps. It's very clean and has an office on premisis and available anytime. They have water, dump station, and a dumpster available. All asphalt and concrete. Very nice.
This is the most horrible place you could possibly live. The roads and community are poorly maintained. Sewage back up regularly and water is shut off frequently without any warning. Even the manager admits that there are several criminals living in this park. The rent was around $276 per month for many years. They have suddenly decided that they can charge us anything that they want for water and sewer and refuse to show the bill. This past month, they tried to charge me over $400 for "water and sewage" in addition to my rent and can't come with anything to show the supposed usage. When I refused to pay, they said I probably have a "sewage and water leak". I asked to see a bill showing that I had "used $400 of utilities in one month" as they claim and they say that the city bills them as a complex, so they can't show it. The only thing I can think of is that they are hoping people can't pay so that they can take their trailers in lieu of exorbitant amounts of rent we supposedly "owe" so that they can then rent out the trailers to new unsuspecting victims. I would suggest living here if you would like your rent to be completely unpredictable. It was less than $200, then $350, and then $650, all within three months and without warning.
