He came recommended as a flat roof specialist and although they did replace rather quickly, we asked them to correct the pitch so the water would not continue to pool and cause problems. Horrible don't waste your money,unless you are the buyer! I wasted a whole day off work,only to get a report on my home that was full of petty problems.Which at the end of the day cost me the sale of my home!Several things that they felt the need to insert an estimate (which they are not supposed to do)especially when they have no idea what it would actually cost. There were also lots of things on the report that ARE NOT staying with the property. As a buyer of the home you would expect a nonpartisan company (that's not BBB accredited) to be honest, and that we were the ones lying to our potential buyer. Needless to say you spent 5-6 hours and only found mostly cosmetic problems that were going to possibly cost my buyer $40,000!Examples of this are leaves in the pool, cabinet knob missing on one cabinet, screws loose on outlet, tree branches touching roof and the playhouse (THAT'S ALSO BEING MOVED) needs a new roof! I get it you are charging someone $1,000, you need to fill your report but COULDN'T FIND ANYTHING MAJORLY WRONG! Someone that got their license in roughly 90 days and has no idea about every city code SHOULDN"T be allowed to give an estimate on anything!Also listed throughout is*THIS IS ONLY AN ESTIMATE HIRE A PROFESSIONAL*after you intimidate a buyer or are trying to assist them in getting a home well below what it's worth!So basically you're getting paid $1,000 for your crappy opinion.I completely understand major structural damage,I would want to know that as well. But there is no need to be petty and list a bunch of cosmetic issues that have nothing to do with the structure of the home on an *AS IS SALE. The most comical thing is this we are currently looking for a home and if this company's name is mentioned, the realtors laugh! They are known around the realty world as "Alphabet Soup" don't believe my ask your realtor,we were also informed to steer clear of them! If we would've know this beforehand, they wouldn't have been allowed on our property.
Bait and Switch operation...salesman presented a catalog with roofing material to choose from but after it was all said and done, they switched to a cheaper material and tried to pass it off as what I choose. The material they put on wasn't even in the catalog....beware

I recently had True Tech Home Services come look at an electrical issue I had in my home. They made 2 visits, one on 07/17/2017 and one on 07/22/2017. I was charged $89 and $366, respectively, just to analyze the problem. The technicians said they found 4 shorts in the wall and they'd have to cut into the wall to replace the wiring. They quoted me at over $2200 (in addition to the $455 I had already paid) and that didn't even include the cost to repair the wall once they were done. Long story short, that seemed a little fishy to me, so I contacted the original electrician. He found their report to be completely fallacious. There were no shorts in the wall, the voltage they reported was completely inaccurate, etc. He had the problem resolved in a matter of minutes. He even took a video to show True Tech's report was completely bogus!I'm currently in the process of disputing the charged on my credit card.I very highly recommend staying away from True Tech Home Services!

I met the owner myself and showed him some small repairs that we needed completed within a very short deadline, and asked if he would be able to do it in the time frame. He assured me he would be able to take care of it the next business day. On the next business day, he said he was busy with another job and put it off until the last day. I stressed to him that if he couldn't do it, let me know so I could find someone else before it was too late. He said he would be there the next morning and not to worry. I had to call him the next afternoon for him to say he wasn't going to be able to do it at all.I was obviously upset that he couldn't tell us sooner, but when I tried to verbalize how this affected us, he continually interrupted and over-talked me. When I did raise my voice, he hung up on me. The worst part is I vouched for his integrity to my coworkers. Now, I look unreliable.
