BUYER BEWARE!!! My wife and I purchased Safety Surface for our pool concrete decking for the safety (anti-slip) and the promised aesthetic reasons. We paid $7,291.20 for the supposed solution. We dealt directly with Gary Caskey, CEO of Safety Surface (www.safetysurface.net). Gary assured us that this product would adhere to any surface but glass or plastic. Before buying, Gary assured us the quality and reliability of his product. Gary told us multiple times, "This will be the last surface you will ever have to put around your pool". Basically, stating that the Safety Surface would last a life time or at the very least, a very long time.Well, long story short, we started having problems within a year and has continued to deteriorate more every day. Gary and his crew has patched the problems multiple times. BTW, whatever warranty they are offering now, make sure that it doesn’t just include patching the problems areas, the patches look terrible (see pictures at https://plus.google.com/101099600008284381699/about?hl=en ). The bottom line: Gary will not stand behind his promises and product, we are now forced to look into our legal recourse with Gary and Safety Surface. Either way, we will be looking for another option to cover up our $7,300 mistake.
