The nurses/dr gave my husband excellent end of life care for 6 months/3days. I was very pleased with the management of his physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Very compassionate and professional!!

on behalf of my family, we would like to thank you for the wonderful care given throughout the past 13 months. We couldn't have asked for better care given by Teri and Shelly. Thier personalities just matched our mothers. I appreciate the care they also gave to to my sister as the care giver. thank you again for usuing your gift of careing.
The entire staff was horribly unprofessional.
I had heard good things about this group, but we could have made a better choice. Aides, while nice enough, would complain about their day, etc in front of my bedridden relative. A hospice nurse actually took a phone call about another patient while in the room. While there were mostly some upbeat words by the 2 nurses about my relative's condition, there were also comments made in the room about not looking good. The nurses didn't follow up to investigate why a big change had happened, instead chalking it up to error on other staff's part. Excuses were made after the fact and some responsibility not taken where I believe it should have been. I can say that they were consistently present and never "no shows". I think they are understaffed for the number of patients they have signed on.
I wish we had used Crossroads for the last 6 months instead of another hospice (that also begins with a "C"). We only had Crossroads for about 24 hours as inpatient hospice in the hospital before dad passed away, but I was very impressed. They knew he was fragile and immediately activated their "Even More Care" program to have one of their team in the room with him at all times until he passed. It was a comfort to know that if family wasn't there, a compassionate person would be with him. Crissy and Fran were very sweet and comforting. I would definitely recommend interviewing Crossroads if you are researching hospice care.
The best hospice in OKC were great with my family
