The employees are always eager to help and go out of their way for their customers.

This is the absolute best pet store. I love the personal, friendly service that goes with a smaller, local store. I have been to the store way up north, but my go-to shop is on 119th and S. Penn. If I remember correctly, the south side store is a little larger than the north location. It’s nice seeing familiar faces every time you visit. LOVE THEM!

All natural pet foods, grooming, and self wash. Toys, treats, junkyard bones, and much more. Come and see us!

Horrible place, never have i seen animal cared for like they are in this place. inadequate housing, lighting. they took Co-Habbing to another Level. i would not recommend going here. some tanks had so many Boa's in it the glass was cracking on the tanks!

Sick. Never seen animal abuse so concentrated before. Many animals were visibly and audibly distressed from over crowding. Lizards were being fed pellets instead of greens so their digestive tracks are probably wrecked (bearded dragons experience terrible diarrhea without proper diet). 2 large alligators stuffed in one tank near the back don't even have enough room to turn around if they want to. I've reported them to the authorities but sadly our states animal rights laws aren't very good. Hopefully they will be investigated. Don't give these monsters your bussiness or your money.

I had been to another major pet "Mart" type store in Yukon, but found stock very limited and aquarium plants very few and in bad shape. Luckily I came across Petco on NW Expressway in OKC. HUGE stock of anything an aquarium hobbist could desire! (And a wide array of other pets too!) I will be doing all my pet related shopping at Petco from now on, Well worth the drive!

Idiots. Couldn't groom my puppy because he got too scared. Really? They confirmed he was not aggressive, and he weighs 4 lbs. Again...idiots.

Bill harvison is the Oklahoma city district manager ... I ask him to call me over a week ago and he has not called me yet ... So I called the nw expressway store and the general manager Andrea Goss told me that they cant help me and she said that Bill harvison was to busy to call me ... Also you try to call the complaint line and you get people from india and you cannot understand them ... So I will never go back to petco ever again because they do not care about the people who keep them in business ...

I used to like this business and was a loyal customer who spent a lot of money here weekly. They have now lost my loyalty and my business because their shopping cart hit my car and damaged it and they refuse to accept responsibility for their errant carts. Goodbye PetSmart. To all others...you should park out on the North 40 so you don't have the same misfortune as I did.

The managers are very rude. The store manager had a very obvious bad attitude towards his customers and his employees. I don't want to shop somewhere customers can hear employees being screamed at.
