I received equipment from them that does not work. Their only suggestion is that I buy another one from them for $40. My 3 year old grandchild is now without a breathing machine.

I would not recommend using this business, after several messages a day my dad's matters is scheduled to be delivered today the only problem is the scheduling department never called to confirm delivery let alone anyone call me back to let me know my order was processed! SMH..... Terrible customer service!

Asbury is a joke i see why you didn't get the medixare bid slow and unxoncerned. Call this morning they just got my orders call back arpund 11 the lady qorking on it out to lunch called back at 150 oh we didn't get the bid for medicare only doing private pay WOW ao why tell my dr office one thing now today you can not make good on tbe order. Bad business practice!
So disappointed these folks will not return phone calls. Have been trying to get medical equipment for three months and despite efforts from my physician, my neurologist and myself all I have gotten when I called were excuses and the run-a-round from the staff and non returned calls. Could NOT recommend this business to my friends and family.
Terrible customer service and don't know how to fit you with the proper mask for your CPAP machine. Try to stretch everything out past 30 days so you will have to purchase new equipment yourself. Don't check downloads on equipment till it is past the 30 days, so if there is a problem, all the expense is on you. Don't use this place as they don't care about the patient. Have to call and remind them 24 hours in advance to send the download to your pulmonary doctor or he won't have the information he needs.
Awesome! Toni is the best and always helps me when I come in to pick up the equipment for my patients. Everyone is very helpful and friendly at the front desk and the operator on the phone is vey courteous!

I have been trying to get a motorized scooter for my mother since JULY 2014!!! Everyone in the store is nice, promises to "check on it" and '"call before I leave today." LIES. LIES. LIES. In the meantime my 88-year-old mother is a prime candidate for a fall and broken bones.Asbury has the Medicare payment. WHERE IS THE SCOOTER? WHY DON'T WE HAVE IT ? IT HAS BEEN 9 MONTHS SINCE WE STARTED THIS PROCESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
