Initially, I had slipping knee problems w/ my left knee. My PCP referred me to this business. I went there, received an over the counter type spandex knee covering that served no healing purpose for me. I revisited my PCP. He suggested an X-ray. The X-ray showed no visual symptom(s) for repair. I went to Dr. Emerson, an orthopedist, who gave me a knee shot to no avail. Then was directed to go back to the brace store; the man gave me TWO braces, one for each knee, which had zero effect on my problem knee. Now, I have a pair of non-useful new knee braces. I returned to my PCP, had an MRI made, to discover no abnormalities in my knee whatsoever. The right knee is okay & never needed the additional brace from this supplier. I saw a TV article on TommieCopper knee support. I ordered one for under thirty dollars; it has been a success. Try some venue other than expensive "fitted" non-needed knee braces before spending huge sums of money. I think my Medicare paid for those two knee braces, so I'm really not out any dollars; if you're not on Medicare, the two braces (only had one knee problem) may cost a bunch of money.
