STOP! VICTORY CAR WASH SCRATCHES VEHICLES!

The Victory Car Wash at 39th & Penn scratched our car on 06/17/16 and we sent pictures to the manager Asim. We have called him since at (405) 889-0214 and left a few messages but he refuses to return our calls.

Asim, you need to take responsibility for the damage caused by your car washes instead of ignoring customer complaints. And train your employees to be helpful rather than argumentative!

Okay so I'm here at the car wash. And pay for the most expensive wash. Go thought and start cleaning up the in side my car. Walking around the front of my car, notice still dirty. For real I walk up to the guy thats in the wash part tell him. He walks over looks at it said I'll give you a rewash... Cool right till I go through and not the car wash I had the first time. Payed for a 14$ car wash end up with a 5$ car wash. Thanks but wont be back!
