US Post Office

I attempted to call regarding my cat tag, the 1st young lady placed me on hold for over 5 mins,the 2nd one was 9mins.

I was left on hold because they were closing @ 1pm. I called back only to leave a nasty message on their v.mail. Hopefully, on Monday a Mgr will listen to it.

I WILL NEVER GO TO THEM AGAIN, BEEN USING THEM FOR YEARS. That's not how you treat cumtomers; remember without us, you'd have no job.

The ladies here are nice, knowlegeable, and FAST! Everytime I have been here, I have NEVER had to wait in line! AWESOME! I can get in and get out and get on my way! They're also open later than other tag agencies. I highly recommend this tag agency.
