Bought a pair of adidas cleats from these guys in 2009. When i tried them on each cleat was a different size. When i tried to return them the owner said "adidas wouldnt send a pair of cleats different sizes." And refused to deal with me any longer.
Also sold a Domincan team mate of mine a 200 dollar glove for 330 bucks. he didnt know any better and they took advantage of him. Again, classy moves by the guys at TWIDS sporting goods
I used Twid's to outfit my sons baseball team this year and was impressed by the staff, the prices and the product. Travis found a couple of errors on our spread sheet and the uniforms were in my hands 3 days ahead of schedule. There was 1 error on a jersey and the problem was resolved by the next morning. They even worked us a deal for better pricing on some catchers gear. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Went to seek assistance for Team Sales yesterday and the rep was not only rude, but not helpful. Explained what we needed three (3) times after I finally gave-up and went to Baptists in Shawnee. Any coaches or athletes out there looking for quality services, don't waste time, effort, and money in Twids, GO to Baptists. Yes, it's inconvenient to travel to Shawnee, but it's well worth the trip. Not only will you save money on the merchandise, but also gain respect for the service.

My wife ordered a letterman jacket for my stepson and Twids has done absolutely NOTHING right. First off they LOST the jacket. They absolutely have no record keeping system. When they finally found the jacket order they got the jacket size wrong, forgot one of the patches for the jacket, and there was an ink stain (from a ball point pen) on the arm of the jacket. When my wife called to let them know that everything about the jacket was wrong the response from Twids was ""What do you want us to do?"" We have sent the jacket back yet AGAIN to get it fixed hopefully before Christmas (it is a Christmas gift), Somehow I think they will mess up again. This place is horrible to do business with. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes they pass the blame or just act as if they could care less. I am astounded by the levels of incompetence from the employees up to management. We will never do business with Twids again. We will also be reporting their horrible business practices to the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor and pass these guys up.
