TruGreen Lawn Care

Trugreen of Oklahoma are liers ... Caught them saying they spayed but they did not ... Guess they didnt see the camera ... CROOKS ...

Also dont believe all these 5 star FAKE reviews on here ...

My Specialist was friendly and professional. I asked questions about unwanted grasses in my lawn and was assured by my Specialist that he would take care of the problem.

Staff is always friendly and by starting when we first moved in I believe it helped our lawn from the start!

The service has been awesome! Our yard has never looked better. Great job! The service people are personable and friendly. They give great tips to help your yard stay healthy and looking vibrant.

Last year I finally switched from me trying to remember to put all the weed killer and fertilizer on my yard and hired Trugreen instead , I've always told my wife next year I'll get the pre & post emergents and spray and then I don't , I miss the window, and always had weeds , My lawn looked great all last summer and the bare spots grew in , and this year I have no weeds in my lawn.

Off to a rough start with TruGreen, but issues have been corrected and the products and services have been tops. My yard has never looked better, with more time to enjoy for landscaping, which is my pleasure.

My lawn was aerated on Oct 12, 2015 and shaded areas were over seeded with tall fescue grass. The technician explained in detail the watering requirements to get a successful stand of grass. I now have a bright green lawn in the shaded areas, thanks to his knowledge and instructions.

I have used TruGreen for many years. I like the fact that if I have a problem I can call them and they will make a return visit and take care of my complaint. They always call and let me know when they will be servicing my yard, which will be Monday the 23rd of November.

I appreciate the call before service is received. The lawn treatment was completed during my work hours, but it is nice to give my "neighborhood watch" the heads up. The couple of times (during the 15+ years my lawn has been treated) I had to call for a re-treatment were speedy and took care of the problem.

LOVE HOW I DONT HAVE TO REMEBER TO CARE FOR THE GRASS, YOU GUYS COME AND TREAT IT WHEN IT NEEDS IT. AND I THE SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME I HAVE HAD YOU COMING I ONLY HAVE A FEW STICKERS AND NOT A YARD FULL.

Since I started using true green my lawn looks 100 percent better, no weeds, And my neighbors love .my lawn also.

I am surrounded by neighbors with their yards full of weeds, but thanks to TruGreen my yard is weed free and a beautiful rich green. My yard is problem free . I only wish my neighbors would call Trugreen so our neighborhood would look marvelous.

We have been using TruGreen/Chemlawn for many years. We have always been satisfied with your service and your technicians. I can only recall one instance where there were any problems - the technician treated the wrong lawn! Even at times when our neighbors' lawns seeded weeds for the whole neighborhood, your service helped us keep most of those weeds at bay.

My specialist just comes by the house on the appointed day, he is very quiet, and leaves just as quiet. I have asked him a question or two in the past that was answered very clearly and professionally.

TruGreen has done an excellent job in helping me turn a weed filled lawn into a great lawn. My lawn is made up of 2 kinds of grass, and they have helped me keep both healthy.

I have the best looking yard in my neighborhood. Really green and weed free even though I am surrounded by weeds. I wish I could get all the people in my neighborhood to use Tru Green. The specialist is very polite and interested in all my questions.

Specialist very polite & business-like. He did a thorough job, quickly, and made sure to relatch the backyard gate, which is important at our house, and I appreciated!

Meh... The people who come out and do the work don't always know what they're doing. I've had better luck with other companies.

I received a phone call from them. Don't know how they got my phone number, but the guy said he would measure my yard via Google Earth and give me a call back.



I received a phone call back shortly where he told me a fair price, then when I told him I wasn't interested because I was going on military leave soon he hung up on me. Very professional TruGreen. Now I know how not to contact when I have time for my lawn.

Don't waste your time is right!. We signed up with True Green and Paid in Full for a full year of service. Made sure that they would come out during a specific time of day and was told "NO Problem".. At first it wasn't a problem but as the year went on they would continue to NOT read the notes on their system regarding the window of time to come out to take care of our yard. We were having to reschedule , then it got to where it was NO Call, NO Show . We would call and reschedule and still NO Call, NO Show... Don't even think about getting a manager or supervisor on the phone- They too don't answer their phones or return messages. The OKC office has poor customer service reps. They are rude and inconsiderate. They do not care about their customers and basically have an attitude of OH WELL. They will disconnect you. They phones constantly roll over to someplace out of state that has no idea of what is going on. They finally got me to an office manager who assured me that a technician would be at my home at specific time even if she had to hold his hand to do it.. Well that day and time came and went. The technician had customer service call me and tell me that it was going to be 45 min to an hour before he could be at our residence ( and I seriously doubt it to being with since this is 4th time NO CAll NO SHOW- so why would I waste my time to wait around for another hour to pass?). I have cancelled the remaining services on my contract and have asked for a refund. I have left a message for the office manager to call me back- so far she has not. I still have not gotten a return call from a techician supervisor or manager at all and that has been over a week ago since I left my message. I have been told to allow them 24-48 hours for a response. Well that time frame has come and passed as well. TruGreen has not gotten rid of my weeds at all, my yard died, has yellow spots in it. They tried to blame it on the drought and extreme heat. I have a sprinkler system. Be smart do it yourself or hire someone else.. Horrible customer service and they do not care if you cancel either.
