Called to get prices because people claimed they were good. I needed transportation to the vet and supposedly they don't mind pets. As soon as I ask about prices for pets dispatcher acted as though I had spoken some taboo and went from professional to almost like she was personally offended and close to hostile. I'll be calling around for other transportation.
I usually never do this but i rode with thunder cab this morning and my experience was great my cab was here in 15 minutes like the dispatcher said and i was at the airport with more than enough time to eat before my flight i will be using thunder cab every time im in town for business!
Returned from deployment to Fort Sill OK , mind you it is Memorial Day Weekend. Cab driver tells me there is no close hotels drives me almost 30 miles away fee is 40$ . Upon finding out at hotel there are hotels with in one mile of airport. Called cab company and explained the situation. She said there was NOTHING she could do, was extremely rude and hung up. Nice way to treat returning vets who dont know the area. most UnAmerican cab service to ever exist.
the lady I talked to had a major attitude she wanted to curse at me I was very dissatisfied with the service from this cab company I ever been waiting over an hour on a Wednesday night for a tab and the cab driver is still not here horrible horrible horrible tab service do not attempt to ride in
Whenever I call for a cab during off peak hours I get right through and Ib usually get my cab within 15 mins. When I call @ 2am on Fri and Sat it usually takes longer. My only problem is that the cars are not uniformly clean and well kept. One day I get an immaculate van with a driver who wears a tie and the next day I get a jalopy with some crumbum who smells like he showered at BO R US. Seems that the company needs better driver oversight. Other than that? Dependable service @ a fair price....usually.
You can't compare this company with any other cab company because they do care. Their management is great, they respond your problems very politely and nicely, I used to ride with yellow cause it was slightly cheaper, but they are really cheap. Thunder have state of art electronic dispatch system, you can call a cab from your iPhone in just a sec.
I totally can understand that if they don't have available cars in y our area, they can't locate someone, that's that simple. Can we ask they to create a taxi out of nowhere? Just be patient, try to locate your taxi through your mobile device,

This afternoon, I was driving through a residential neighborhood, with kids playing in the street, when I noticed a Thunder Cab approaching me from behind at a high rate of speed. At the next major thoroughfare, I stopped for a red light, with the cab still racing up behind me, almost striking my car from behind. The driver then abruptly pulled sharply into the left lane and accelerated into a blind intersection, which is usually quite busy at the afternoon rush hour. Fortunately, there were no other cars approaching on the cross street at that moment. I did get the license tag number, A21394. I won't use Thunder Cab under any circumstances, after this experience, and won't let anyone I care about use them.
They said it would be 15 minutes to be picked up in Bricktown. I saw 4 cabs drive by and they weren't for my group and had no one in them. I called the company back and asked for an updat on when they would be there, the lady said oh just another 15 minutes. Once again they never showed in 15 minutes. I called again and was placed on hold, I waited another 15 minutes and a cab never showed. Don't use this company, instead of telling you the truth on how long of a wait it will be they lie to you so you don't call a different cab company.
