Truly excellent clinic and an amazing value. The staff is willing to work within your budget to take the best care possible of your furry baby. This is the only clinic I would trust with the care of Buster.

I went to get my dog his vaccines and waited over 2 hrs and didn't get the chance to see the vet. There were 2 people ahead of me and after they went in, a person arriving after me was jumped ahead. They couldn't say how much longer I would have to wait, so I had to leave. In the time I was there only 3 people ( including the one jumped ahead) were called, they must be understaffed or just don't care about client's time.

I've been taking my two dogs for two years, and even recommended this place to my family and friends. Recently my dog has been put on a lower level of thyroid medicine and they told me keep half a tablet every 12 hours as usual so I did as I was instructed and when I went for a refill and they accused me of not giving my pet his medicine, but in the end they refilled the bottle and told me once it was empty to go back for a blood test. So I've been giving him his medicine as I've been instructed and I began to wonder why he had so many pills, turns out I was supposed to give him 1 whole tablet every 12 hours. I then called Swaim 32 times and they never answered me so I decided to email them about this and still haven't gotten a reply. Just thought I'd let everybody know even if they tell you one thing make sure to read the label first!
